Creating things can make your brain stronger, which can build new connections in your brain. It helps you make better choices.  Most importantly, be kind to your mind.

Using your breath can slow down your brain. A fun way to practice is belly breathing. Then watch your hand rise when you breathe in, and fall when you breathe out.This helps you keep calm, and you can do it anytime, anywhere.

Not all fruits change color, but many do. This color change is fruits' way of calling to animals, "Come and get us! We' re ripe(成熟) and ready!"

However, this whole process only works if the seeds are fully ripe when the animal eats them. That's why unripe fruits are green. They have a green coloring matter called chlorophyll(叶绿素), which helps them hide among the green leaves of the plant. Once the seeds are fully ripe, the chlorophyll begins to break down. Then, other bright colors — yellows,oranges, reds, blues or purples — are shown. Some fruits even produce new chemicals during the process, which create more different colors.

When fruits change color, they become easy for animals to find among the leaves. Besides changing color, ripe fruits also get softer, sweeter, and many give off a sweet smell. Animals have learned that these signs show them the fruits are safe to eat. This is a perfect win-win relationship. Animals get delicious food, and plants successfully spread their seeds to grow new life all around.

Should  we  be  polite  to  AI?  Some  people  hold  the  view  that  there  is  no  need  to  be polite to AI. They argue AI is just  machine without feelings, so it can't know if we are polite. Saying"please" or"thanks" to AI has no influence on (it) work. For example,  if we  ask AI (wake)  us up  gently,  it may  still  act  as  usual  and  play the song loudly. So politeness is unnecessary for AI and we can just tell it our needs (direct). It is better to save kind words for real people around us.

Laughter also has many benefits for our mood. When we laugh, it makes us feel less stressed or anxious, and things will not seem so bad. Laughing also  causes our brain to release  chemicals that make  us  feel  calm and happy.  Scientists  even  think that  smiling often is enough to increase these chemicals in our brain.

But it is not always easy to laugh on our own. We are 30 times more likely to laugh when we  are  around  others.  According to  some  scientists,  laughter  can  show others that  we want to be close to them. Monkeys clean one another's fur to show friendship. But people laugh so that others will know that they are being friendly.

Some people  even join laughing groups.  Although they force themselves to laugh at first, after hearing other people laugh, their laughter becomes real!  Before long, the whole group of people is laughing hard.
