The 15th National Games of China is a big and exciting sports event for all Chinese people. It took place in November 2025, and three lively cities in Guangdong Province hosted it—Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Zhuhai. These cities have built nice stadiums and prepared well for the games. 

Thousands of great athletes from every part of China came to join the competition. They took part in many fun sports, like running, swimming, basketball, table tennis, badminton, and gymnastics. Before the games, the athletes trained very hard every day. They all wanted to do their best to make their hometowns proud. 

During the National Games, people were full of joy. Some families went to the stadiums to watch the matches and cheer loudly for the athletes. Others stayed at home, watched the games on TV, or streamed them online with their parents or friends. 

The 15th National Games is not just about winning medals. It also tells everyone to love sports and keep their bodies healthy. Kids can learn the athletes' spirit of never giving up when they face difficulties. This event brings people together and becomes an unforgettable memory for everyone!

Recently, scientists have developed a new method to break down plastic waste with the help of water in the air.The researchers mixed a special metal and activated carbon (活性炭) with PET, the most common type of polyester (聚酯纤维) plastic. Then they heated the composite. After a short time, this broke the chemical connections in the polyester. Next, when the team left the material in the air, the mixture turned into TPA, a polyester material, and acetaldehyde (乙醛), an industrial chemical. Finally, these valuable chemical materials were recycled.

After the first success, researchers tested the method on different plastics and found it worked on polyester plastic only. That meant they didn't need to separate different kinds of plastics. Also, when they added water, it stopped working because the amount (量) of water in the air was just right.
