Did you know that some of today's most popular sports, like football and ice skating, actually began in ancient(古代) China? Let's travel back and have a look at four exciting games at the time!

I had a wonderful experience last weekend. I tried making a short video for the  time, and it was so much fun! My best friend, Li Ming, loves watching funny video on TikTok, so we decided to  one together.

We planned to film a funny dance challenge in my living room. At first, we  a little shy, but after a few tries, we couldn't stop laughing! I couldn't  the moves(动作) and Li Ming even fell over—it was a mess(一团糟)! But we didn't give up. After 10 takes, , we made it! The video looked interesting.

Robots seem very new to some people. But in fact they have  long history. The first robot was made by a Greek inventor. You may often see robots in lots of  (movie) . The robots are stronger, faster and  (intelligent) than people. 

In real life, most robots are used in factories. They are used  (do) many dangerous, difficult or boring jobs. Some people can't look after themselves but robots can help them. For example, some blind people use dogs to help themselves move around. These dogs  (call) guide dogs. Scientists are making robots to help them. They  (confident) believe that robot dogs will take the place of these guide dogs one day.

When answering the phone, it's important for you to have polite and friendly manners. But do you know how to answer the phone properly?

Hummingbirds are small. One type called the bee hummingbird is the smallest bird in the world. Bee hummingbirds weigh less than a penny. They are just a little bit bigger than bees. I guess that's why they get their name. 

Hummingbirds move fast. It takes lots of energy to move as fast as they do. This means that they need to cat a lot of food. Their favorite food is nectar, a sweet liquid（液体）inside of some flowers. They drink more than their own weight of nectar daily. They have to visit hundreds of flowers to get enough nectar to live. 

Hummingbirds help flowers too. They get pollen（花粉）on their heads and bills（鸟嘴）when they feed. Flowers use pollen to make seeds. Hummingbirds help pollen get from one flower to the next. This helps flowers make more seeds. More seeds mean more flowers. More flowers mean more food for hummingbirds. lsn't it nice how that works out?

"How did you do it, Dad? How did you manage not to drink alcohol（酒）for almost 20 years?" It took me years to have the courage to even ask my father this very personal question.
