My name is Li Fang. I used to be  shy girl. But this term, I decided to do a brave thing in public. When my teacher asked who would like to be the physics monitor(课代表)，I put up my hand and got this role. At first, I thought it was easy,  later I found that it was a little difficult.

Then one day my daughter came to me with her maths homework. "It's too hard, Mum, " she said. "Could you finish my maths problems for me?"

"If I do it for you, how can you learn to do it yourself?" I said. Suddenly, I was back at that store where I learned the hard way to add up the bill(账单)by myself. From then on, I've never been overcharged. 

I had a reason for being late, but it didn't  to the teacher.

 They may be excited about new clothes and toys, but not books! Try to use that excitement to help your children love to read. Making a special treat of spending some time at the library or bookstore can be the perfect way to get your children excited about reading.
