Do you know why people wear "smart clothes" in the new century? We not only use" smart clothes" to cover our bodies, but  use them to do many other things.

Some kinds of smart clothes are on in the market now. A German clothing maker invented the"MP3 jacket". This kind of jacket can be  an MP3 player and a mobile phone. A company  a cloth keyboard. It is on your pants. You can control your computer with it easily  . If it gets dirty, you can wash or iron the keyboard.

It's true that our clothes will get smarter. People are always making new clothes. Some clothes can show your body temperature and heat(加热) you up when you feel  . Other smart clothes to wear are special ones. They can tell the doctor whether you are ill or not. This technology can also give important information about your environment. Shirts can  you from high pollution around you. Jackets with GPS technology can keep you from  lost.

Many people will come up with more new ideas in the coming future. It's  that one day smart clothes will be common on the streets and even in your own home.

John's grandpa is 97years old. He was  astronaut when he was young. But now he is too old to walk. John's parents want to help him, they don't have enough time. Luckily, John is good at(study) robots and he knows robots well. John wants to make a robot to help his grandpa.

On stage, the robots were dressed in colourful traditional costumes, with big smiles on their"faces". As the lively yangge music played, they started to dance. Their movements were energetic,just like professional yangge  dancers. They interacted with the human dancers on stage, creating a peaceful and wonderful scene. The audience was deeply attracted by this special performance.

Used first as a grooming (梳理)tool, the comb (梳子) has many forms for all types of hair. The type of comb you need will be different depending on your hair, as well as the purpose of the comb. Combing different hair requires a different comb.

The earliest use of the comb appeared as far back as 6,000 years ago. In fact, many different kinds of combs came out in history. As early as5,500 BC the ancient Egyptians could make combs.In ancient China, people wore combs to show their social status (地位). Over time, combs have now become more efficient tools for hair care. Today,there are hundreds of different combs for people to choose and use.

Combs serve different functions for different hair types and styles. People use combs to deal with disordered (凌乱的) or wet hair. Another common use for the combs is to secure hair in one position.During the 1930s and 1940s, hair combs were the best choice of keeping hair beautiful.

In its earliest time, people made combs from bones of animals. But later, people began to make combs from wood or plastic. Now most people use this kind of comb. And high-end combs are from expensive steel or gold.

At present, combs have different shapes and types in different colours. People can choose their favourite combs as they like. But when using combs, we should know we'd better not use others' combs.And we should wash or brush our combs with clean water as often as possible to keep them clean.
