I am glad to share my ideas of self-management.

It's often believed that only grown-ups can make a difference. Is it true? Tea Vogue interviewed some teenagers across the world. Get ready to be inspired (启发). 

16-year-old Michael began using social media to cheer up teenagers of his age to follow their dreams on his baseball blogs. Michael talked about sportspeople and how they would face their challenges. 

Lesein, 14 years old, first learned about climate change when he was twelve years old. His home country, Kenya loses about 29,650 acres of forest each year. With a deep love of soccer, Lesein started Trees for Goals, planting a tree for every goal he scored in a match. Later the school's soccer and basketball teams all followed him. In 2019, almost 1,000 trees in forests outside of Nairobi were planted. Now the government provides trees for them to plant. 

Alexis Lewis, a 15-year-old inventor designed a simple wheelchair with bamboo to help poor people who need to transport children many miles to hospitals. Another invention of his is a special mask which can be thrown through a window of a smoke-filled building to people inside. Alexis said, "People are dying in a fire accident because they can't be saved in time. Another reason why I want to invent something is that I love physics and I want to improve technologies with it." Alexis also told our reporter that he wanted children to know that inventors can be everybody who's ever tried to solve a problem. 

These young people are certainly shining examples to show you're never too young to make a difference.

When the bell rang and the exam ended, I went out of the classroom, feeling down and disappointed. After all, I couldn't accept  the exam again. The sky was  with dark clouds and the wind was blowing hard, which made me even .

On the way home, I kept my eyes on the ground. As soon as I  my home, my mom came to ask me about the exam with . However, I just walked toward my bedroom  a word. Lying on the bed, I couldn't thinking about how Mom and the teacher would criticize me and began to cry.

But to my surprise, the small flower was still standing strong, smiling against the wind and rain.

I finally understood. Despite there being many failures and, we always have to go on and fight . After the storm, we'll see the nicest rainbows. That flower, which blooms in my heart, is the most beautiful one that I've ever seen.

As you grow quickly during your teenage years, you will experience a lot of changes. The changes may seem difficult. Don't be afraid! You will deal with them successfully! You are a young adult now!

With more responsibility, you will find more chances to make your own choices. And you'd better get as much information as you can before you make a choice. In this way, you can make healthy balanced decisions.You may already know your dream job in the future or you may have no idea at all what you want to do. Both situations are fine! Work hard and the right chance will come to you itself.

Young adulthood means greater freedom and more choices. But try not to push your family out of your life. You should learn to think of others, even though you are old enough to look after yourself. Your family have been with you since you came into this world.

It is also normal in this time for you to spend more time with your friends than your family. A true friend will stand by you no matter what happens. There are some people who will be with you throughout your life's journey and there will be some people with whom you go different ways. Leaving school can be hard. The truth is that you may not ever see all of your classmates again.

You are a young adult. It is your life. No one can live it for you. So making the right choices will be important to you. Life is for living. Enjoy your life wisely!

What's Anti-Bullying Day (反霸凌日)?

Anti-Bullying Day is a special day when people talk about bullying and what we can do to stop it. A lot of children take part in activities at school and online, to learn about what bullying means and what we can do if we see it happening.

When is Anti-Bullying Day?

The date of Anti-Bullying Day is different in different countries. In many places, it's on 4 May (United Nations Anti-Bullying Day). In the UK, Anti-Bullying Week takes place every November. Every day of the year, it's important to stand up against bullying.

What exactly is bullying?

Often bullying happens when one person has more power than the other person—perhaps they're bigger or older, or they have more friends. When someone uses their power to hurt another person on purpose, especially more than once, that's bullying.

Bullying can be with words (saying mean things) or it can be physical (hitting, pushing or taking someone's things). Leaving someone out of a group or ignoring (忽视) them again and again is also bullying.

How can we stand up against bullying?

If someone is bullying you, you could ignore them, tell them to stop or walk away. Pretend that you don't care and try to look confident, even if you don't feel it. Tell a friend or a classmate what's happening and ask them to help you; or talk to your parents, a teacher or another adult you trust.

If you see someone else being bullied, never join in with the bullying or laugh at it. That will make it worse. Instead, be an "upstander"—help and support the person who is being bullied. Tell a trusted adult about the bullying. If we all stand up against bullying, we can make it stop.

Chinese children under 18 will now face strict limitations on their online gaming time, with an average of just three hours per week allowed under new regulations. Specifically, they can only play between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. This move aims to protect the mental and physical well-being of young Chinese, as video game addiction has become a pressing issue. Gaming companies have to make sure real-name registration (注册) is carried out and get checked more often by the government.

Video game addiction has become a significant issue among the younger generation in China. Recently, an article in a government-connected newspaper has criticized video games as "spiritual opium (精神鸦片)". In terms of this, some major gaming companies such as Tencent and NetEase, although facing a decrease in their stock prices, have expressed their support for these new measures. These measures aim to solve the growing problem of game addiction and promote a healthier lifestyle for children.

However, the gaming companies might not be able to control their young customers. Some children have been reported to use their older family members' identities or even pay to use adult strangers' identities to extend their gaming time. This emphasizes the need for both stricter supervision and education to help children understand the importance of controlled gaming time.
