Fan's journey to gold wasn't easy. In the quarter-finals, he faced Japan's strong player Harimoto Tomokazu, Fan was losing 0-2 at first, then 2-3, But he never gave up! With his amazing fighting spirit and skills, he turned the game around and won 4-3. This exciting match showed Fan's perseverance(毅力). In the semi-finals, Fan easily beat the French player. The final against Moregard was tough too. Moregard had beaten the top seed Wang Chuqin earlier. But Fan played amazingly and won the gold!

The 2024 Paris Summer Olympics was held successfully. As we pay more attention to the event, there is much to be learned about it. 

According to a new report, the organisers promise to do less harm to the environment by minimising the number of newly-built facilities(设施). In Paris, about 95 percent of stadiums are either already built or will be set up for short-term use. About 11, 000 seats in two stadiums, Porte de La Chapelle Arena in Paris and the Olympic Aquatics centre in Saint-Denis, will use recycled(回收利用的) plastic chairs. The decision was made after local manufacturers(制造 商) found there weren't enough plastic materials(塑料材料), which led them to turn to recycled waste. 

The organisers began working with Lemon Tri and Le Pavé, The two companies got an idea of getting plastic waste from recycling bins around the city. Over 100 tons of plastic is needed to make the seats and 80 percent of it is collected from local schools and street-side bins in Seine-Saint-Denis. It is also where the plastic waste is processed(加工) into new materials. 

"We ask children to put their plastic bottles in the bins and tell them they' ll become the seats of the Olympic swimming pool. This helps them learn about the importance of recycling waste and how small actions can lead to big changes, " says Augustin Jaclin from Lemon Tri. 

Of course, collecting plastic is one thing and turning it into Olympic chairs is another. After all, making them is not as easy as making normal chairs.

A museum is a great place with lots of objects which have to do with art, science, history and so on. In a1 , people can always learn a lot. A visit to a museum is interesting and educational.

Several years ago, a documentary called Masters in the Forbidden City became popular online. Lots of people enjoy watching the documentary. They say that they can learn a lot about Chinese        ▲        by watching the documentary, which also makes them want to work at the museum. 

In China, some other museums also learned from the Palace Museum. For example, the National Museum of China has had similar projects too. China encourages more and more·museums to take different measures to make young people interested in Chinese history and culture.

Home Sweet Home Alone is an American family Christmas comedy film. It's a funny and1 film. In it, two families get on well with each other because of an old china doll(瓷娃娃), And it tells people that there is no other2 warmer than home.

During the war in 1854, Nightingale and a team of 38 nurses from England went to care for soldiers near Türkiye. She made the hospital much cleaner there.  She carried a lamp(灯) with her, and the soldiers began to call her "The Lady with the Lamp". In 1860, after the war, Nightingale opened the first nursing school.  She died in 1910 in London, at the age of 90. Nightingale's birthday became International Nurses Day in 1912.
