Nancy and Peter like sports. In summer they swim and in winter they ski. They are planning a ski trip for this weekend, but they don't know about the weather. It's 7: 30 now, and they are listening to the weather report on the radio. The weatherman is giving the weather report for the weekend.

My name is Anna and I come  a small town in Poland. It is peaceful and free from the small town in Poland. It is peaceful and free from the hustle and bustle(熙熙攘攘)of big cities.I (move)to Qingzhen in Guiyang in 2018,Tall buildings and romantic atmosphere(浪漫的氛围)make amous.

The food in Qingzhen is special and delicious.In the morning,I get up early to stroll around the morning market. Along the road,I usually see some Chinese (sell)all kinds of traditional Chinese breakfast, such as baozi, dumplings and noodles. After breakfast,I go out for walk to explore(探索) new places.And I go to my favourite restaurant for some local food at night.

Triangle Garden is one of my favourite (place) in Qingzhen. It is filled with small shops, restaurants, farmers markets, and many old houses. Every time I arrive there, I feel relaxed.

Why do I decide to settle down here? I can always find interesting things to do in Qingzhen. And it often impresses(给……深刻印象) me with its (nature) beauty. In spring, I go to Xiangchou Guizhou scenic area(景区) to play with animals or have a picnic. In summer, I go swimming at Hongfeng Lake or visit the water park with friends. There are many mountains, forests and lakesin Qingzhen. They make it a great place for (boat),hiking and cycling. Qingzhen is my second hometown. It's really agood place (enjoy) a peaceful life! 

There are four seasons each year. They are spring, summer, fall and winter. These four1 always come in the2 order(顺序).Spring is before summer.3 is before fall. Fall is before winter. Winter is before spring. Then it starts4 .

Eat and drink healthily. Fresh and light(清淡的) food is good. Fish is healthy food and it can make you strong and clever.Colourful fruit and vegetables are good for your eyes. What is healthy to drink? Warm water is the excellent drink to let you keep cool in hot summer.

Do water sports like swimming and other water sports. They can keep you cool and healthy at the same time. But it's important to keep safe when you are playing water sports.

Get enough sleep. The day is long and the night is short in summer. But we still(仍然) need enough sleep.Students usually need 8 hours of sleep every night.
