When I was in America, I lived in a small  town. There were many interesting things to do. I often took part in different activities. Once I had a  to join a singing competition. I tried my best and won  place.

One day, the animals found a set of scales(秤) in the forest. They all took turns to 1 themselves. At first this was a big game. Every day each animal would see 2 weight they got or lost. But soon many animals began to 3 their weight. The first thing they would do each day would be to run to the scales, weigh themselves and 4 the rest of the day with unhappy faces. This was 5 whatever the scales said, they always weighed more than they wanted.
