Animals are our friends. They live in different places around the world.

The blue whale is the largest animal in the world. It lives in the ocean. It eats small sea animals. The cheetah is the fastest land animal. It can run up to 120 kilometres an hour. It lives in Africa.

Pandas are cute animals. They live in China. They mainly eat bamboo. The elephant is a smart animal. It has a long trunk. It can use the trunk to drink water and pick up food.

We should love and protect animals. Many animals are in danger now. We need to do something to help them.

Plants are very important for us. They give us food, oxygen and many other things.

There are many kinds of plants. Some are big, like trees. Some are small, like grass. Bamboo is a special plant. It grows very fast. Some bamboo can grow almost one metre in a day. It's also very useful. People can use it to build houses, make baskets and even eat it.

Flowers are beautiful plants. They come in many colours and shapes. Some flowers smell good. Bees and butterflies love flowers because they get nectar from them.

We should protect plants. We can plant more trees and water them regularly. Remember, plants make our world more beautiful.

Friends are important in our life. Everyone needs friends. Friends can make us happy and help us when we are in trouble.

There are many kinds of friends. Some friends are similar to us. They have the same hobbies and ideas as us. It's easy to talk with them. Other friends are different from us. They can teach us new things and help us see the world in different ways.

A good friend should be honest and kind. He or she should listen to us and support us. When we make a mistake, a good friend will tell us and help us correct it.

In my opinion, both similar and different friends are good. They can help us grow and become better people.

My name is Lisa. Last weekend, I didn't go out because the weather was bad. It rained heavily. So I stayed at home and helped my mom with some chores.

In the morning, I made the bed and cleaned my room. Then I helped my mom wash the clothes. After that, I swept the floor. My mom cooked lunch, and I helped her set the table.

In the afternoon, I did my homework. Then I read a book about animals. It was very interesting. I learned that the elephant is the largest land animal.

In the evening, my dad came back from work. We watched a movie together. It was a great weekend even though I didn't go out.

Last summer holiday, I had a wonderful trip to Sanya. It was my first time to go there, and everything was1 . The weather was 2 , and the sky was blue.

On the first day, I went to the beach with my family. We 3 in the sea and played volleyball on the sand. My little sister 4 many beautiful shells. In the evening, we 5 seafood in a restaurant near the beach. It was very 6 .

Photography(摄影) can be overwhelming(无法抗拒的) for beginners and also for more skilled photographers. From where I stand, you may have one chance to take pictures of a specific(具体的) subject. But if you don't understand your camera, this chance can pass in front of you and I don't suppose you might get the picture that you were expecting. 

Sometimes, photographers are intimidated(恐吓) by the subject, by other photographers, by negative thoughts that lead them to think that they might not be good enough, and some are afraid of making mistakes. Once I heard a very rich man say, "I am excited that today I am going to make so many mistakes, and I will learn from them. " People that excel in their fields are those who keep practising, get trained and learn from mistakes. Even if they fall, they have the courage to stand up again and continue moving forward. This is right not only to photography, but to life itself. 

Photography is my interest, and I learned that when you are a photographer, you see the world in a different way:I imagine everything I see in the frame(相框). And I like helping other people and teaching what I know, My knowledge of photography has been developing through the years, and I can tell you through experience that the best way to go from not too bad pictures to great pictures is to practise as much as possible.
