What would it be like to live in space? It's difficult but also interesting. The most important thing to remember about living in space is that there is no gravity (重力). So how do astronauts live in space?

Eating in space is like eating on Earth in some ways. Food like rice and potatoes stays in the spoons (勺子), so it doesn't fly away. Other foods come in cans. So they don't fly away, either. But in order to eat, astronauts strap (用带子束紧) themselves into chairs to stay in one place.

What about sleeping? There is no gravity in space, so astronauts do not have to sleep on beds or the floor. They can sleep anywhere they want, and they can sleep in any way they want. They simply strap their sleeping bags to a wall or a seat.

Do astronauts get to have any fun in space? Astronauts are very busy. But they also need to relax sometimes. Astronauts talk to their families on a video call once a week. They also get to stay in touch by email. Some even bring musical instruments. Astronauts also watch movies and news programs. Sometimes they talk to schools and news reporters, too.

There was a naughty (淘气的) boy in a village. He liked telling lies.

One day, he wanted to make fun of the farmers, so he cried out, "Wolf! Wolf! Wolf is coming!" The kind farmers were working on the land. They heard the boy, and hurried up to help. But when they got there, the boy laughed and said, "There is not a wolf at all. I'm just kidding." The farmers were very angry and went back to their land. After a while, the boy cried again, "Wolf! Wolf! Wolf is coming!" And those warm-hearted farmers came to the mountain quickly, finding that they were cheated once again. The boy laughed and laughed. The farmers said to the boy angrily, "You are telling lies. We will not believe you anymore."

Later, a wolf really came. The boy was very afraid. He cried to help, "Wolf! Wolf! Wolf is coming!" The boy cried and cried. "Help! Help!" But no one came.

I'm so excited to be in Grade 7! Everything is so fresh and interesting. My new school is really beautiful with a large playground. And the library is filled with all kinds of books. My classmates are very friendly. We make a small study group to help each other with schoolwork. Our teachers are also great. They tell things clearly and are always ready to answer questions. I think English is my favorite subject now. I love learning new words and practising conversations. I also enjoy playing basketball after class. We have a school team, and I hope to join it next year.

Today I want to talk about "How to Be Happy". The following are my suggestions.

These years, we can find telecom fraud (电信诈骗) everywhere. At the same time, the police put ads and tips through TV, radio, the paper and the Internet. In order to stop telecom fraud and protect (保护) your safety, please do as follows:

In a word, remember to keep your personal information safe and never believe in strangers. If you are cheated by any fraudster (诈骗犯), please call 110 at once! The police will try to protect you and punish them.

Once there lived a farmer. He was the happiest man in his country. He was all day, but he was always happy. He also liked to make else happy, and people all liked him. the King heard about it. The King wanted to be happy like the farmer, so he asked the farmer to live in the and he lived on the farm. 

The farmer and said, "I'm sure I don't want to do that, sir." "Now tell me what makes you so happy here on your dirty farm, I'm sad every day in the palace," said the King. The farmer smiled again and said, "I don't know why you are ， but I can easily tell you why I am happy. I live an easy life and I  it. I make my own bread. I love my wife, and friends, and they love me, too. That's all." The King said, "If everyone  like you, what a wonderful world it is! Goodbye, my friend!"

Look at the picture. The cute birds are emperor penguins (帝企鹅). Where can we see them? 

Emperor penguins are large and fat. They live with many other emperor penguins.  They can swim fast. Also, they can stay under the water for about 20 minutes at a time. 

The mother penguin has only one egg every year. Then she gives it to the father penguin. What will the father penguin do next? Yes, the father penguin usually keeps the egg warm on his feet. He doesn't go to any place. After two months, the baby penguin comes out of the egg. The mother will first go out for food. When the mother penguin comes back, the father penguin can go to look for food. Then he can meet his family again.

People in different parts of the world eat different things.

In some countries, people usually cat rice. In others, people eat food made from flour every day, even every meal. Many people usually eat meat, fish and vegetables. But some people don't eat any kinds of meat.

Some people only eat fruit and vegetables. They don't eat meat or fish or anything that comes from animals. They only eat food from plants. Some people say that food from plants is better for us than meat. But meat and fish can also give us energy and nutritive elements. And most sportsmen eat meat and fish.

Japanese eat a lot of fish, and they also eat rice. In some Western countries such as the UK, Australia and the USA, the most important food is bread or potatoes, and people there can cook potatoes in different ways.

We live in China. China is a large 1 and its different parts have different features (特征). There are many2 between the north and the south in China.
