Teamwork is very important in our life. We need teamwork in a company, in sports games and in other group  (activity). Teamwork is the key to making (we) goals come true.  

I am  engineer in a big company. Last month, our group had a  (difficulty) task. But none(没有人) of the group members wanted to give up. All of us came up  our ideas. We discussed and listened to the ideas and  (suggestion) of every member in the team, and then we made a plan. Everyone did his her part. When one member was in trouble(困难), the other members came and  (lend) him or her a hand. And when we felt down, we (cheer) up each other.  (final), we finished the task successfully(成功地).

You see? Teamwork is so powerful(有力量的). It can help solve problems and improve ourselves. 

Some students from Shenzhen found that it was not safe for workers to clean manhole covers (排水井盖) on rainy days. So they wanted to do something to help. They built a team and planned to make a machine. With the machine, the workers can work safely.

After long hard work and many experiments, these students made such a machine. They called it Xun'an. "It was hard to make it and we met many difficulties," said Xiao, the head of the team. "To solve them, we kept on searching for information, working with our teammates and getting help from our teachers." Every member did his or her best to help. Three months later, they succeeded(成功) in making this machine.

Most of the time, I did not like teamwork. Because I thought it was hard for all the team members to have the same idea and work together. But I changed my idea after a drama show.

Last Friday, the school asked our class to have a drama show two days later. It was a difficult task for us.  

Our monitor(班长) held a meeting and chose(选择) some students to write the drama. They did well in writing stories. Our monitor also chose some students to practice the drama. These students were good at performing(表演). Then, everybody did his or her own job. They gave up their weekend time to prepare and practice the show. Finally we put on the show on time. All the students and teachers liked our show. They all applauded(鼓掌) for us.

From this experience, I know the power of teamwork. Together, we can do more and better.

The Sunny Stars was a soccer team in our class. Every day after school, members of the Sunny Stars would practice their 1 on the playground. 2
