I love sports because they make me healthy and happy.I  (usual) get up early to exercise.Today when I get to school in the morning，I see some of my classmates are on the sports field.They are in different  (group) and play different kinds of sports.I can also see many sports items like baseball (glove)，jump ropes，volleyballs and exercise mats over there.They belong different students.

I like playing volleyball，so I am on the volleyball team.Look，my team (be) over there.We can play volleyball very well.And we play many (match) together.Sometimes we win and sometimes we lose，  we always have fun.After the games，we share  (snack) and stories.We are not just teammates (队友)，but also best friends.I am so happy to be part of this volleyball team!

 If it's really cold outside，you might even try a quick shower to get yourself warm before you do exercise.

Jog indoors. To get out of cold weather of winter，you can simply jog indoors，probably in the living area of your room.
