It is everyone's duty(责任) to help animals to stop extinction(灭绝). As a student, there are many things you can do  (you) too! Please look at the  (follow) tips.

One is the picture of the earth from space taken by William Anders. From the picture, people often have a  (感觉) of what the earth is like— small and beautiful. The other picture's  (主题)is"climate change". It describes a scene(场景)—— One dying bird is suffering pain in a river full of  (废物) and  (石油). It looks so  (无望的). 

Have you ever heard of"3R"? They include" (重复利用)", "reduce" and" (回收利用)". "Reuse" means"use again". "Reduce"means"use  (少的)". "Recycle" means"change things into something else to use again". 

 (对比) the world today with that in the earlier times, we can't hope for  (快速的) change. Let's take simple steps now. 

When was the last time you used a phone booth(公用电话亭)? With the rise of mobile phones, they  (become) out-of-date. But Shanghai is trying to bring new life to the old phone booths by (turn) them into mini-libraries. Shanghai plans to divide 263phone booths in Xuhui District into six new  (type). One type will offer books for people to read and another  (provide)audiobooks(有声读物). 

Shanghai is not the only city   is trying to save the old phone booths. The British care about  (they) even more. The world's first phone booth  (build) in the 1880s in Germany. But in the 1930s, the UK painted them red, making them  special attraction in cities. In recent years, the country has come  with many ideas to help phone booths stay  (use). 

Maybe in the future phone booths will become city attractions again in a more creative way. 

Do you know the history and the changes of computers? Computers were invented in 1946, which were huge because of their large  (存储器). Computers were  (主要地) used in work and study for a time until the Internet was invented. Today  (网站) have millions of users. That's because they have many  (优势). For example, the World Wide Web allows people to send different types of files(文件) such as texts,  (邮件) and videos. 

Technology makes people's life easier too.  (课本) can be seen as e-books. The Web can help people look  (通过)information so that they do not need to go to the library.  (知识) and ideas  (传播) faster than ever before. 

As we all know, China has been one of the  (中心的) parts for its  (有魔力的) old history and culture. Chinese characters  (文字), poems,  (印刷术) and many other old things describe the  (精神) that created the world. 

During the long ancient  (时期), Chinese people (保持) working hard. That's why our country is becoming stronger and stronger.
