How to stop accidents like these? , we must be careful when we are playing near the water or swimming in it. Never run near water. Next, it is never too late to learn how to swim.  swimming may help you avoid drowning. For example, you should know how to float (漂浮) on your back. Floating is  useful way of survival, because people can have time to help you. If you fall into deep water, stay calm and try to float. Then, it is also important to swim only in the places with lifeguards. Never swim in the wild! Always stay with an adult or a frien     D. Last but not least, you should not try to save someone by when he or she is drowning. Jumping into water without training can be very dangerous. You must ask nearby adults  help and call 119 or 120 at once.

The 2025 Spring Festival Gala amazed audiences worldwide with a performance by dancing robots.

Today, people are getting less sleep than they need. We need to get eight hours of sleep each night. But today, many of us are not getting enough hours of sleep.  People work longer, go to meetings at night, eat supper late, watch television, spend hours online, or go out until late. 

 Sleep helps your body rest and stay healthy. If you don't sleep well, there will be serious problems. One health problem is becoming fat. When you don't get enough sleep, you feel hungry. Another health problem is that your memory will not work well if you don't get enough sleep. You feel worried and in a bad mood（心情）。  Without enough sleep, you feel tired.
