①Health is very important to everyone. Different people have their own ways to keep healthy. A lot of people like running on the treadmills. But it is not a good way to make you strong and healthy. Here are some reasons why you should run outdoors but not on the treadmills.

I love living in big cities. The great thing about big cities is that you can have food from almost anywhere in the world. October 8th is National Pierogi Day. I celebrated(庆祝) it by going to a Polish(波兰的) restaurant in Shanghai. 

Pierogi are a kind of dumplings. They play an important part in Poland. Polish people eat them during festivals(节日) and celebrations. 

Like Chinese dumplings, pierogi are usually filled with meat or vegetables. I ordered a plate of pierogi and there was meat inside. They came with a bowl of sour cream. Then I ordered a second plate. These were full of apples and cinnamon(肉桂). They were sweet and tasty— like apple pies!

There are many stories about the first pierogi. One story says that Marco Polo brought them to Europe from China. But the truth may be that every country in the world has its own kind of dumplings. 

Are there many rules in your school? What do you think of the rules in your school? We have a lot of rules in our school. 

First, we must arrive at school on time. If we are late, we will miss some interesting classes. 

Second, we have to wear the school uniform every day. It makes us look tidy.  We don't need to spend time thinking about what to wear in school days. 

 We need to keep the classroom clean and tidy. 

Fourth, we must be quiet in the library.  We have to put the books back after reading. 

All these rules are good for us.  We should follow the rules.

At school, students play sports with their. They always have a good time. From June to September, they go swimming and play basketball. 

Mike  playing volleyball but he doesn't like swimming.  In his free time,  he plays volleyball with his friends.  Andy and Simon love playing football but they not like swimming. They in the school football club and play football every afternoon. 

Millie likes playing baseball. It is a sport for her. She is a good player and wins many baseball games. The  best friend, Lily, is a good ping-pong player. There is a ping-pong bat on the table. It is . She thinks ping-pong is an easy game. But her friends all say it is difficult. They can't  it well. Lily wants to teach them to play ping-pong. She is  to play with them. She wants to be a ping-pong player like many great players in China. 

Kids who don't eat breakfast may feel  all day and have bad memories.

Eating  snacks for breakfast is not good for our health.

It's healthy to eat at home. But sometimes you just want to eat out. How can you have a delicious and healthy meal at the restaurant near home? The following ways can help you. 

Before you order, you'd better have a good look at the menu. Have no idea what the dish is? Ask the waiter. Then you don't need to eat any food you don't like. It's good for you to order some fish and vegetables. 

When you are enjoying your food, use a small plate (盘子) and eat slowly. A small plate can help you eat less, but can make you feel full quickly. 

You may want a piece of cake for dessert after the meal. Stop! There is too much sugar in it. All you really need is some oranges. If there isn't any fresh fruit at the restaurant, don't order any more. 

It's time to go home. Don't take the bus or taxi. Take a walk please.
