Happiness is important to everyone. Most people want to be happy but few know how to find happiness. Money and success don't bring long-lasting happiness. Happiness depends on ourselves. In other words, we make our own happiness. 

 Some people believe that if they are wealthy, with the money they will be able to do anything they want, which means happiness. On the other hand, some people believe that holding a high position in the government is happiness. In this way, you have not only money, but also many other things which can't be bought by money. However, other people believe that having lots of money is not happiness, nor is holding a high position in the government. These people value their beliefs, or their intelligence, or their health. They think these can make them happy. 

Here are a few ways to help you be happier. 

The first secret of happiness is to enjoy the simple things in life. Too often, we spend so much time thinking about the future, for example, getting into college or getting a good job that we don't enjoy the present. You should enjoy life's simple pleasures, such as reading a good book, listening to your favorite music, or spending time with close friends. People who have close friends usually enjoy happier and healthier lives. 

The second secret of happiness is to be active. Many people go dancing or play sports. People can forget about their problems and only think about the activities. 

Finally, many people find happiness in helping others. According to studies, people feel good when they volunteer their time to do many meaningful things for other people. If you want to feel happier, do something nice for someone. You can help a friend with his or her studies, go shopping to get food for an old neighbor, or simply help around the house.

Rules or laws are good ways to controlsome bad behavior. It is common that someone plays music on his or her mobile phone loudly when you are taking public transportation. Sometimes the peaceful environment will be broken when others make noises with their mobile phones. It brings rather terrible experiences and feelings. So a rule has been made to stop such impolite actions. 

When you are in public places, it is hard not to be influenced by others who play or talk on their mobile phones loudly. The sound of someone's mobile phone can break the quietness in the library where almost everyone is busy studying or reading books. While sitting in a restaurant, a diner who is watching videos loudly may influence your mood of having dinner. With the mobile phone widely used, the daily environment has also been changed. 

With the rules made, the public environment will be improved. Some people who break the rules will be punished. Firstly, workers in public places will advise them not to do those things. If they do not make a change or stop their bad behavior, the police will come and take them away. 

Public places are an environment where everyone can enjoy relaxing feelings. In my opinion, keeping quiet in public is a necessary rule for everybody. No matter where you are, try to consider others' needs instead of only yours.

We have found plastic in the ocean and in animals like birds, fish and whales. But for the first time, scientists have found plastic in human poop(粪便), USA Today reported. 

The finding came from a study led by scientists from Environment Agency in Austria. The researchers followed eight healthy volunteers from different parts of the world. The volunteers wrote down what they ate for a week and then provided a poop sample for testing. 

Scientists found nine different types of plastic in the samples, according to the study. An average of 20 small plastic particles were found in every 10 grams of poop. The particles measured between 50 to 500 micrometers. 

 "The smallest plastic particles are able to enter the bloodstream, the lymphatic system(淋巴系统), and may even reach the liver, " Philipp Schwabl, who took part in the research, said to The Guardian:

However, the scientists aren't sure if this plastic is harmful to humans. They' re not sure how the plastic got in the volunteers' bodies, either. But most of the volunteers said they drank from plastic bottles and also ate seafood that could include plastic from ocean pollution. 

In fact, plastic is everywhere around us. Every year, an average of 8 million tons of plastic waste goes into the oceans, according to National Geographic. There, sunlight and waves break the plastic items down to the size of grains of rice. Most of the particles stay in the ocean. Others can spread into the soil and air. Could plastic in the air fall onto food and get into the human body?

Previous studies may also give us a clue. According to USA Today, 90 percent of sea salt sold globally contains plastic. And even some tap water has been found to have tiny plastic particles in it.

Spring rolls can be with any ingredient you like.  , some of the most popular ones in restaurants are tofu, vegetables, bamboo shoots, chicken, cheese and ham. These ingredients are common and delicious and easy to buy. Traditionally, spring rolls are part of the Chinese New Year. Spring rolls have the special symbolism(象征意义) on these days. Eating spring rolls  the Spring Festival means that spring is coming and the new year will start. In other words, eating spring rolls  the meaning of welcoming the New Year. Spring rolls are  served at the Tomb-Sweeping Day.
