Over the years, I have watched her cook many times. She always pays attention to (关注) the little details (细节). She makes each meal with care and patience. I notice how she tastes the sauce (酱汁) before she uses it, or adds just a tiny bit of salt if needed. She also arranges (摆放) the food nicely on the plate. She enjoys making it look as good as it tastes. I love the taste, but I also love the memories each dish brings. My favorite memory is helping my mom in the kitchen during the holidays. I would stir sauces or peel vegetables. These moments taught me more than cooking. They taught me patience and the joy of making something with love.

Altay (阿勒泰), a place in Xinjiang, becomes a famous place for travellers because of a TV show named To the Wonder (《我的阿勒泰》). People can see the great natural beauty in this place. There is snow in the mountains. The lakes are very clear and there are some old villages. Altay is also a favourite place for skiing in cold weather.

This show is from Li Juan's book named My Altay. It's about a girl, Li Wenxiu. After facing difficulties in her work and writing, she comes back to her hometown Altay. And she lives with her mum. There, she learns about the meaning of life and love.

Altay has its natural beauty. But it was not a popular place to visit before because it took a long time to travel there. And people needed to pay a lot of money for hotels. Thanks to the TV show, people now know a lot about it. More young people are interested in visiting Altay. And they are eager to enjoy its beauty.

It is not the first time that a TV show has made a place more popular for travelling. Other places, like Dali in Yunnan, have also been popular because of interesting TV shows.
