Do you know Jingdezhen well? Jingdezhen is(出名的) as the centre of ceramic. It's in the northeast of Jiangxi Province. And it's an important window of (理解) and learning Chinese ceramic (文化). Many Westerners are very interested in the ceramic of Jingdezhen. 

In the Ming Dynasty, Zhu Yuanzhang set up Imperial Kiln(所密) in Jingdezhen in the second year of Hongwu reign(洪武年间). Till now, it has a history of (超过) 630 years. During its long history, Jingdezhen learned from other famous kilns' successful (经验) across the country and improved their making skills.(终于), ceramic in Jingdezhen had its clear feature . It is as white as jade, as (明亮的) as a mirror, as thin as a piece of paper.

Do you know a wish house? It may surprise you because it looks very (特别的). Children can have fun in it. 

To help sick children, Rosemary from the US(决定) to make wish houses for them. Rosemary had the(主意) eight years ago and lots of people took part in her activity. It was not easy to make the house and they (花时间)months building one. 

"We were a little worried in the beginning. Luckily, no child disliked them and everyone said they were （优秀的；极好的）. We felt so happy, "Rosemary said.

Yesterday was an unlucky day for me. 

My class teacher chose me to make a speech in class a month ago, but I didn't take it  . When I got to school, I found I had left my notes home. them, I felt so nervous that I could hardly remember anything. When I stood on the stage, I tried  some words, but it was really hard for me. I learned that I should always make full preparation and be ready for different  . And I truly hope that I won't be so careless . This experience has taught me a big lesson.

My cousin Jack told me an unusual experience about a special test. It was a few (minute) before the final history exam. Jack and his classmates were in the classroom, waitingMr White, their history teacher. 

When it was 8o' clock, Mr White came in with the exam papers in his hand. He said, "I know you worked hard and you can do it(good). If you don't want to take the test, you can(get) a B. "

More than half of the students jumped up to thank Mr White and left the classroom happily. Mr White looked at the rest of the students and(say), "Does (someone)else want to get a B? This is your last chance. "

One of the most important ways of finding happiness in life is to do what you love. But finding your dream job and trying to make it aren't always so easy. 

When I was a little girl, I didn't know what my dream job was. One day, my father asked me what I wanted to be, I told him I wanted to be a doctor because I didn't know of other jobs at that time. my primary school, once my mum took me to have an English class. I found that English brought me a lot of fun and I really enjoyed it. I thought maybe I could learn English well and an English teacher. 

It was not easy at first. For almost one and a half years, I didn't do very well in my English exams. But I told  not to give up. I tried my best to work hard at it and my grades started to get better and better. 

Now I know the true  of a dream. My dream is to be a university English teacher. And I believe I can make my dream come true as long as I work hard. 

My friend Jack often had (accident). A few months ago, a car hit him while he was on the way home. The driver was a bit (tiring) and didn't see Jack. The car hit Jack and broke (he) leg. He was hospital for over a month.

As teachers, we often love to encourage our students to try new things at a young age. , I think this is a huge mistake—— learning new things at any age is important and it can help us become better. 

Take myself as an example, I didn't start playing ice hockey until my early 40s. My son was a huge sports fan, and usually I was asked to take him to watch games between the big teams. Gradually, I fell in love  the sport, and after a few months, I decided to give it a try. 

To be honest, it is  (hard) sport I've ever played. There was so much to learn. I also needed to learn how to pass and shoot (master) skating skills. I saw a lot of players get on the ice and pick it up quickly and  (easy). But I was an exception(例外). I was so terrible at  (skate), but I always kept on going. So I took some skating training  (lesson). Then I joined a hockey team and practiced hard in my free time. I finally made it, though it took me a really long time. Learning hockey has also helped me bebetter teacher in some ways. Being bad at hockey helps me to understand those students in my class who have difficulty  (learn) English. I'm not stupid. It just takes me longer to learn and practice a skill before I'm able to do it. 

It's good to learn new things  they come with more difficulty or not. It won't be late to start anything at any time.
