That's because the ocean covers over 70 percent of Earth. The ocean is very important. It helps us in many ways.

The ocean is like Earth's lungs (肺). It makes over half of the world's oxygen (氧气). Also, the ocean takes in 50 times more carbon dioxide (二氧化碳) than our atmosphere (大气层).

Besides, the ocean gives us different kinds of seafood and vegetables, such as fish, shrimp and kelp.

I'm Lucy and I fell in love with The Secret Garden a long time ago. After rereading it recently, I realized that the book is inspiring not only for young readers but also for adults.

When we first meet Mary Lennox, she is a spoiled child. She is also unhealthy. Sadly, her parents die when she was ten years old. Then she is sent to live with her uncle. On the surface, Uncle's home seems like nothing more than a huge, dark house. But soon, Mary discovers that the house has many secrets. After finding an old key, Mary unlocks a hidden garden. Little by little, she works to bring the garden back to life. In the process, she changes into a kind-hearted and energetic girl.

The Secret Garden has always attracted me for several reasons. First, the character development is wonderful. Also, the beautiful descriptions of nature really interest me. Most importantly, I love the novel's message about positive change. As Mary and her friends improve the garden, their friendship grows stronger, and they become happier. The Secret Garden reminds us that there is beauty and hope even in dark times.

I'm happy to have read The Secret Garden again. The book deserves a place in your reading list, so I strongly recommend it to all of you.
