Do you always find yourself sitting in the classroom during the 15-minute break? While it might seem comfortable to stay at your desk, stepping outside can bring you much more energy and joy！ Those short ten minutes are your perfect chance to relax both your body and mind.

Your brain works better when it gets a rest. Staying in the same classroom all the time can make you feel bored. Going outside gives you new energy. It also helps you concentrate(专注于) better in the next class. 

So when the next break comes, don't wait！ Walk out of your classroom, enjoy the beautiful nature, and have some fun with your friends. You' ll be surprised how much better you' ll feel

①In Brazil, birthdays are a time for big, happy parties with family and friends. The celebrations are full of fun music, dancing, and special traditions

②One important part of a Brazilian birthday is the nice party space. There are always colorful balloons everywhere. They always have loud and happy music at the party. It makes everyone dance. 

③When it's time for the birthday cake, everyone gets together. The cake is often decorated with fresh fruits like strawberries. But before the birthday person blows out the candles, something funny happens! Friends and family shout"Olha a mordida!"It means"Look at the bite!"They push the birthday person's face into the cake to take the first bite. It's a fun tradition that makes everybody laugh. 

④Another special tradition is pulling (拉，扯) ears. Friends and family gently pull the birthday person's ears. They pull once for each year of their age. People believe this brings good luck. 

⑥With the great food, happy-music, and these special traditions, birthday parties in Brazil are always joyful and unforgettable events. 

Every Sunday morning, I join my grandmother for our weekly activity—visiting the park near our home. We like to water the plants and enjoy the fresh air and the warm 1 . 

One sunny Sunday, I see a new girl sitting alone on a bench. She looks a little sad. 2 I walk over to her and say with a smile, "Hi, I'm Linda. What's your name?"
