China won the gold medal in the men's 4×100 meters medley relay(4×100 米混合泳接力赛) final at the Paris 2024 Olympics, breaking the United States' run of 10 successive(连续的) gold medals in this event.

The Chinese athletes Xu Jiayu, Qin Haiyang, Sun Jiajun and Pan Zhanle touched the wall in 3 minutes 27.46 seconds, more than half a second ahead of the United States' combination(组合), and finally got success. "We made a good team and managed to get a great result," said Pan Zhanle, who celebrated his 20th birthday on Sunday.
