Buckingham Palace

Life is like the four seasons. When I was little, I was in the spring of my life. I went to school and learned. I was like a small tree. There  happy days and unhappy days. Some days were sunny and other days were (rain). In my twenties, I  (begin) to work. And then I got married(结婚) and had children. Every day I was busy   my work and family. It was the summer

Everyone needs to exercise. It is good for us all. It makes people strong and smart. If you exercise every day, you can get a good body and do homework well. Don't watch TV or play computer games all day. Find time to do exercise. There are many ways to do exercise. You can run, swim, play ball games or just take a walk.And it's easy to find places to exercise. Students and teachers can do exercise on the playground at school.Other people can exercise in the park or on the sports field. Also, there are some special places to exercise.People call them gyms. They have a lot of equipment there. The equipment will help people exercise their arms, legs and other parts of the body. Exercise can be fun too. Friends can exercise together at a gym or play sport together. You see, exercise is useful.

But remember: exercise well, but not too much. It is good to exercise thirty to forty minutes each time.

Cathy is 1.53 metres tall, but she is 160 pounds. She wants to lose weight. She goes to the doctor, and the doctor gives her the following advice.

There is a giraffe living in a forest. She is very beautiful and smart. She usually helps the farmers if they get lost(迷路) in the forest. So the farmers in the village all like 1 a lot.
