Elizabeth from a music website says that if you have just got a small part of the song keeping playing in your head, listening to the whole song might help to get that earworm out of your head.

However, Srini, a teacher from a college, says it is not necessary to try too hard to get the earworm out of your head. Because this could make things worse. 

Another way is to listen to a different song. "It's nearly impossible to have two songs in your head at the same time," music expert Kelly J. says, "because it's too much for our brains!"

If those things don't work, Kelly suggests one more way. She says you could chew gum (嚼口香糖). This keeps your mouth busy and may"kill" the earworm.  It is because you might end up having an even harder time trying to get the earworm out of your head.
 

Weiqi, also known as Go in English, is a black and white board game from ancient China. The game is considered one of the Four Arts for ancient Chinese literators (文人) to master. Besides Weiqi, they had to learn Chinese calligraphy (shu), painting(hua) and guqin playing (qin).

Weiqi has a history of over 4,000 years, even older than Chinese chess. According to some historical records, Weiqi was known as Yi in its early years. It is said to have been invented by Emperor Yao. Seeing that his son got angry easily and didn't like to study, the emperor was quite worried. So he decided to find something to educate his son, and a board game came to him.

The rules of Weiqi are simple: using black and white stones, two players take turns putting their stones on empty cross points of the board. The aim is to surround(包围) a larger total area on the board while stopping one's own stones from being taken by the other side. Stones do not move and are only taken off the board if they are completely surrounded.

The scene of two people playing Weiqi appears in many traditional Chinese paintings. The image(形象) of a player holding a stone over the board, looking for a place to put it, was later turned into a famous Chinese idiom (成语), which means"unsure about making a move". The idiom is still widely used today.

With its development, Weiqi grew more popular. Later, it spread to other Asian countries andWestern countries. Today, it has become an international board game.

Scientists have long questioned how far bees travel to collect food. They believe that bees can fly as far as 10 kilometers if necessary, though most of the time, bees don't go that far.    

To find out the answer, some scientists used small codes called"AprilTags" to track bees.These codes are similar to QR codes (二维码). They are easy for cameras to follow, even without enough light, and they don't hurt the bees.

The scientists put the sensors(传感器) on 600 young bees every two weeks. Over the spring and summer, they followed more than 32,000 bees in six hives(蜂房). By putting a camera and a small computer on each hive, the scientists could tell when the bees with sensors left and returned.

The scientists found that most bee trips outside the hiv e took just one to four minutes—— probably for quick jobs like checking the weather. Longer trips were usually under 20 minutes. But about one  third of the bees took trips over two hours. This might mean the bees were making longer trips to collect food. The scientists also found that it took the bees more time to collect food when there were not enough flowers around.

Bees use special"dances" to communicate with each other about where to collect food. Now the scientists want to know the relationship between their new tracking information and these special"dances". They plan to teach beekeepers and other scientists how to use this new tracking way.

China Railway is testing a new service. For the first time, passengers can travel together with their pets along the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.

Every Thursday and Sunday morning, a group of visually impaired (视觉受损的) people meet in the Beijing Olympic Forest Park. Many of them are . With the help of volunteers from the Running in the Dark, they do some running in the park. In this way, they are  their life and becoming much stronger than before. Xu Taipeng is a member of the Running in the Dark. Because he canˈt see, he used to do nothing at home. He often felt . However, after he joined the Running in the Dark and ran in the forest park, he changed a lot. Now he always shows a great interest in running.

"Now many visually impaired people join the group and we make training plans for them. During the training, I also  them better.  they have lots of problems in their life, they never give up," said He Xiaoyun, the founder (创办者) of the Running in the Dark in Beijing.
