Parents must tell their children to exercise often because exercise is very useful to them. Exercise makes children healthy. At the same time, it can help to make children clever. This helps them to be good at their subjects and do many things very well. 

There are many easy ways to exercise. You can walk, run, swim or ride a bike. Or you can play ball games like soccer,basketball and tennis. Choose one of your favorite sports to exercise. When you take exercise,you need to know what you are doing. And don't exercise too much at a time. 

There are many places for you to exercise. You can play sports at your school,in your home or even at the gym. You can play sports at any safe(安全的)place you like. 

Exercise gives you amusement. It can make you happy. It's great to exercise with friends. And after a sports game,you can make some new friends. 

To make the library a good place for students, you must follow the rules of the library. 

Here are the rules of our school library. 

If you read here:

        You can stay from 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. on weekdays. 

        You can't bring other books to the library. 

        You can only take two books from the shelf at a time. 

        Please don't be noisy. 

        Please don't eat. 

If you borrow books:

        You must use your own card to borrow books. 

        You can borrow three books at a time. 

        You can keep the books for a week. 

        If you lose the books, you must pay for them.

Hi, I'm Lina, and I live in Thailand. The elephant is favourite animal. I love them because they are and clever—they are also symbol of good luck here. As our national animal, we Thai Elephant Day every 13 March to show our love for them. Elephants have long to pick up heavy things, and they are great who love playing in water. What's more, they remember friends and places for years, and they look after the sick and baby elephants kindly., now they are in danger. People cut down forests and kill them for ivory. We protect them.

This reminds me of life rules. My friend Tina once said (说) there are too many rules, like making her bed, wearing a uniform, and practising the piano before playing. But just like protecting elephants, these rules help us become a person. No rules, no order—we need them to make the world kind and safe, just like we need to protect elephants.
