Tea is enjoyed by people all around the world. Spring is the  (good) season for West Lake Longjing tea. Usually Longjing tea (pick) in March by hand, but now a tea-picking robot plays a part as well. 

This smart robot is developed by  university in Zhejiang. The university researchers took (hundred) of pictures of new tea buds and fed them to the robot for it to learn. The robot uses an AI model (recognize) the buds that it needs to pick. 

Then the robot's arm pulls and separates the tea buds from the trees. Next, the arm quickly puts them into a box. After collecting all the buds, robot moves them  the box to a main box. 

The robot is made because there(be) not enough people to pick tea. In Zhejiang, about 400,000 more pickers are needed now. the robots have joined in, tea picking is still a big challenge for the development of the tea industry. 

Because of the hilly ground in the tea garden, tea-picking robots are not (wide) used, but they are a trend of the future. In a positive case, will be possible for the robots to take over the job of tea picking instead of people in five years. Let's wait and see!

Coming-of-age Ceremonies (成人礼)

Entering adulthood is an important step in everyone's life. People in different countries celebrate it with different coming-of-age ceremonies. 

In ancient China, the traditional celebrations were called Guan Li (for boys) and Ji Li (for g)"Guan", a special cap, was put on a man's head. A woman's hair was tied up with hair ornaments named "Ji"or "Zan". Young adults would keep the new look. They were expected to do  (某事) for family and country. 

British families may have a big party when children turn e years old, which means they become adults. Some young people celebrate their coming-of-age through travel. They (选择) to fly to places far away. The journey isn't just for fun, but to discover more about themselves and help them be w and braver. 

Every year on the second Mof January, Japanese celebrate Coming of Age Day. It is a p holiday, so everyone in the country has one day off. 20-year-olds dress in traditional clothes to attend celebrations. They receive good wishes from others. It is a time for them to think(仔细) about their lives and plans for the future. 

For boys in some parts of Kenya, they need to complete hard training at a camp. They are (教) important life skills to prepare themselves for their future. 

Coming-of-age traditions are different(在. . . 之中) countries, but they all carry good wishes for the young. 

One rainy evening, Emma found a black key in her grandmother's room. It was very old and had a symbol on it. Her grandmother had passed away years ago, leaving many secrets . Curiously, Emma searched the house for a matching lock. She tried every door and drawer but     found . As night fell, she noticed a small box hidden in a corner under the bed. Her heartas she put the key in. It turned with a click. 

She opened it slowly, only to find a note that , "The real treasure lies where the past meets the present. " What could it mean?

Why not find a new friend in 2025—yourself! Being treated with kindness, respect and love are things you would expect from a good friendship and you shouldn't have to go far to find them.

What does self-love mean?. Imagine your best friend is worried or upset, then think about how you'd support them and try to make them feel better. Speaking to yourself with kindness. Be as kind to yourself as you are to others. 

Because learning to love who you are improves your self-respect. The mental health charity Young Minds says this makes you believe in yourself and feel that you deserve having good things—such as kind friends and fun experiences. 

Start to be kind, especially if you make a mistake. Instead of being angry, tell yourself that everyone gets things wrong sometimes. Try not to compare yourself to others. Focus on yourself instead. Writing down your strengths and asking your family and friends for their thoughts. This will help you see the positives in your life. 

What else can you do to make yourself better in 2025? (no more than 15 words)

①A hobby can be almost anything a person likes to do in his free time. Hobbyists keep pets, build model ships, watch birds, climb mountains, grow flowers, fish, ski, skate, swim, etc. Hobbyists also paint pictures, attend concerts and plays and perform on musical instruments. They collect everything from books to butterflies, and from coins to stamps. So why do people need to have hobbies? 

②People have hobbies because these activities offer enjoyment, friendship, knowledge and relaxation. Sometimes they even make some money by following a hobby. Hobbies help people relax after hard work, and provide a balance between work and play. Hobbies also offer more interesting activities for persons who have retired. Anyone, rich or poor, old or young, sick or well, can follow an interesting hobby. 

③Hobbies can help a person's mental (精神的) and physical health. Doctors have found that hobbies are helpful for patients to recover from physical or mental illness. Hobbies give patients something to do, and provide interest that keeps them from thinking about themselves. 

④In early years, most people were too busy making a living to have many hobbies. But some people who were free enjoy hobbies. People today have more time than before for hobbies. Machines have reduced the amount of time they must spend on their jobs. More people retire at an earlier age than before. Those who have developed hobbies never need to worry about what to do with their free hours. 

⑤Sir William Osier, a famous Canadian doctor, expressed the value of hobbies by saying, "No man is really happy or safe without a hobby. " Obviously, I couldn't agree more!

You'll need to create a password (密码) to do just about everything on the Web, such as checking your email, banking online, logging in Wechat and so on. And while it's simpler to use a short, easy-to-remember password, this can also cause serious risks to your online safety. To protect yourself and your information, you'll want to use passwords that are long, strong, and difficult for someone else to guess, while still keeping them easy for you to remember. 

A strong password is one that's easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. Let's take a look at some of the most important things to think when setting a password. First, never use personal information such as your name, birthday, user's name, or email address. This type of information is often available, which makes it easier for someone to guess your password. Second, use a longer password. Your passwords should be at least six characters (符号) long or even longer. Then, don't use the same password for each account. If someone discovers your password for one account, all of your other accounts will be in danger. 

You can try to use numbers, symbols, and both capital and small letters. You have to avoid using words that can be found in the dictionary. Like "swimming", it would be a weak password. So random passwords are the strongest. 

Instead of writing your passwords on paper like books or notebooks where someone might find them, you can use a password manager (a kind of App) to keep them safely online. Password managers can remember and enter your password on different websites. That means you won't have to remember longer passwords. So it is a good and safe way to keep your passwords. 

One day last summer, my 9-year-old son Ben and I were riding the waves at a popular ocean beach on outer Cape Cod. As we were playing happily with our surfboard, I suddenly noticed a surprising 1 —some whales were spouting (喷水) well within view of where we 2 . 

We stared and pointed in 3 .  "Ben, can you believe it?" I cried. "We're swimming with the whales!" "Mum," Ben said in reply, "we're never swimming with the whales. This is their habitat, not  4 !" Ben's words took my breath away, more than the exciting waves and the amazing sight of the 5 . 

He was quite 6 , of course. These whales live in the waters off Cape Cod. This is their 7 — one that we visit, love and protect. So when we set foot into a 8 space, it's meaningful and important to 9 that we are visiting something that is beautiful and enjoyable to us, but is not 10 for us.

Imagine this: You are walking in the desert and your feet are in the deep sand. When you try to walk, you find your feet are so heavy that you even can't move them. It is very (danger) to cross the desert on your own. So how do people move around in the desert? They move around sitting on the ship of the desert——the camel（骆驼）. The camel is (friend) and helpful. We'd better treat it  kindness and respect because it helps us a lot. The camel can move differently on the sand. When it (walk), it moves both feet on one side of (it) body and the other two on the other. It seems it is moving like  boat.So it gets the name.

The camel has special feet which help it walk freely on the sand. Even though it (usual) looks thin, it is strong enough to transport（运输）as much as of its weight. What's more, it can walk for miles without any food  water. When the sandstorm comes, the camel will close its nose. And its long eyelashes can protect its two (eye) from the sand as well as the sun.

You see, nature is so amazing. It gives the camel so many things (help) it live in the desert.
