I put down Charlie and the Chocolate / ˈfæktri /. But I kept going over the  /ɪkˈsaɪtɪŋ/ story in my mind. The book was full of magic. But Charlie's happy family was the most / ˈmædʒɪkl/ part of the story.

This  /tʌtʃt/ me greatly. In some people's minds, happiness comes from things like money. But love, in fact, is the key to happiness. Oscar Wilde  /wʌns/ said, "Keep love in your heart. A life without it is like a sunless garden..." There are so many reasons to be happy. I think love is the most important one. It can move us, change us and give us a life full of happiness.

When Coach (教练) said he was looking for a parent volunteer, I told my dad the team needed his help. He was so excited that he ran to warm up with the other players. Before I could told him Coach really wanted him to prepare snacks at halftime (中场休息), the referee (裁判) blew her whistle (吹口哨).

At half time, we all stood around Coach to find out how he wanted us to play. When he asked us what playing football was all about, my dad shouted, "Wining (获胜)!" "Dad," I whispered, "playing soccer isn't all about winning." "It isn't?" he asked in surprise "No,"I said. "It's all about having fun." "Got it!" he said. 

But I don't think he got it. He waved (挥手) to the parents and watched planes fly by. During the rest, I told him what he did wasn't helping the team. "You need to listen to Coach, Dad,"I said. "You need to get your head in the game!"

"Got it!" he said. 

But I don't think he got it, either, because he started to play it like he was the only one in the football field. 

And when the other team scored a goal (进球), he got angry with our goalkeeper (守门员) because he thought the goalkeeper let the ball in on purpose (故意). "You're not a good player, Dad! Good players should cheer each other up (互相加油打气)." I shouted. 

"How can I be a good player if we don't win?" he asked. 

"I don't know what we're going to do with him." I whispered to Coach. Coach said my dad had energy and enthusiasm (热情), "If we're patient and keep showing him how to be a team player, I'm sure he'll know it," he said. 

I agreed to keep working with my dad. And I'm glad I did because you know what? Coach was right!

Want to feel better, and even add years to your life? Just exercise. Here are some benefits of exercise below. 

●Exercise controls (控制) weight

Exercise can help lose weight (重量). When you exercise, you burn calories (燃烧卡路里). The more exercise you do, the more calories you burn. 

●Exercise can keep healthy

Exercise can help lower your risk (风险) of heart and high blood pressure (血压). Regular exercise helps prevent (预防) many health problems. 

●Exercise improves mood (改善情绪)

It can make you feel happier, more relaxed and have less worries. You also may feel better about your look and yourself when you exercise regularly. 

●Exercise makes you have better sleep

Is it hard for you to go to sleep? Regular exercise can help you fall asleep faster and get better sleep. But don't exercise too close to bedtime, or you may be too energized (精力充沛) to go to sleep. 

●Exercise can be fun and social

Exercise gives you a chance to relax, enjoy the outdoors or just do activities that make you happy. It can also help you stay and play with your family or friends. So find an activity you enjoy and just do it. 

Skateboarding（滑板运动）is now very popular with young people. We can see them skateboard in the parks, streets and other places. Skateboarding began in California in the 1950s, but we don't know who went (go) on a skateboard first. 

Skateboarding is sometimes dangerous. You may fall（跌倒）down from the board and hurt（使受伤）yourself. So it's a good idea to wear a helmet on your head. 

Go Skateboarding Day is on June21st every year. In the US, Europe and Australia, there are skateboarding competitions（比赛）. If you can do the most difficult jumps, you win（获胜）.
