This morning, I jumped to Sam's best friend, Bill. Unluckily, the mucus（黏液）in his nose caught me. Then Bill sneezed（打喷嚏）while he was talking to Sam. So Sam quickly gave Bill a tissue, and Bill sneezed into it. Infecting people is harder than I imagined.

Wednesday, September 23rd

I'm feeling very unhappy today. Harry is my friend and it's also a flu virus. But some scientists caught it this morning. They put it under a microscope（显微镜）. Besides, Sam ate lots of vegetables today. He often exercises and he has eight hours of sleep every night. His body is too strong for me!

Thursday, September 24th

I tried to infect Sam again today, but he washed his hands five times and never touched his face! He also gave tissues to every student in his class who was sneezing. It's impossible for me to give him a cold! So, I have to give up and I'm moving to another school.

Everyone may sometimes get ill. We may say we have a headache, a fever or a 

when the doctor asks us, "What's the trouble with you?" We can see that health is very important to all of us. Then how can we keep ? Here  some advice.

Firstly, remember that illness is from our mouths. Unhealthy food may bringlots of trouble and we may get ill when we eat it. Healthy eating  are also very important. Eating too much meat is not good for our health while eating different kinds of vegetables is . Then we should eat  meat but more vegetables.

Secondly, we should have a good rest when we feel tired. As students, we study for a long time at school every day. We'd better go to bed early at night. Sleeping well is good for our health.

Thirdly, it's necessary（有必要）for us to  a doctor when we are sick. When we have a bad cold, we may  have a fever. It's bad for our health if we don't stop it in time.

Finally, we should know the  of doing sports. As the saying goes, life lies in movement. We should exercise every day.
