December 22nd is a special day this year. It is the shortest day of the year. Chinese people call it Dongzhi. The name means "the coming of the winter".

Howdy Homemade Ice Cream is an ice cream shop in Dallas， the USA. Many people like to go there to buy ice cream. Why？ It's not just because the ice cream there is great. There is another reason. The shop has 13 nice workers. And they all have special needs.
