Fights at school sometimes happen. But how can you keep away from a fight? Here's something you can do.
Be calm. Sometimes, you feel so angry that you really want to teach somebody a lesson. But being angry can't solve problems. Neither can a fight. Instead, it may bring you more problems. In the school, if anyone joins in a fight, he will be punished(被惩罚), no matter who starts it. There are no winners in a fight.
Shout loudly. If you know a man is coming up behind you to attack(攻击), turn towards him with your hands up in front of your body and loudly say" stop" before walking away. Aloud voice can usually make the attacker calm down. If he doesn't stop, cry for help by calling out the name of a teacher whose office is nearby.
____ Your friend may ask you to join in a fight. Don't accept it. Helping him or her fight is not really helpful. If you really want to give him or her a hand, try to ask him or her to give it up. Also, you can tell him or her if he or she gets involved(使卷入) in a fight, he or she may get hurt and be punished. Then, try to learn why he or she wants a fight and help him or her find a right way to deal with the problem.

Teachers and schools try different kinds of ways to stop students from cheating in exams. But some students always find new ways to cheat in their exams. It's like a race between them.
Recently, a university in the Philippines has come up with a new way to stop cheating. That is: The university asks its students to create their own anti-cheating hats to wear during exams. This new idea to stop students from cheating soon became very popular.
The method came from Mary Joy Mandane- Ortiz, a professor of the university. And she got inspiration(灵感) from a university in Thailand. She saw a photo on the internet, showing a room of students at the Thai university taking test papers while wearing"ear flaps". They were made from pieces of paper and stuck to each side of their heads to stop seeing others' papers. So Professor Mandane- Ortiz decided to ask her students to do the same. The students were excited about the work. They made their hats out of cardboard, egg boxes and other recycled materials(可回收的材料).
The method worked out pretty well. The students did better this year because the strict examination conditions made them work harder. What's more, most of them finished their exams early, and nobody was caught cheating. Professor Mandane- Ortiz also called on schools and universities in other parts of the country to encourage their own students to wear anti-cheating hats. "Again, the anti- cheating hat not only reminds students not to cheat, but makes them study hard, " said Professor Mandane- Ortiz. "Let us value integrity(正直) and honesty. "

Can Virtual Reality(VR) help in schools?
①Virtual Reality is a technology that lets people experience a 3D world that looks and feels real. While VR is popular in games and entertainment(娱乐), more schools are thinking about using it to make learning better.
②Many people believe that VR can make lessons more exciting. For example, students can visit historical places like the Great Wall of China or the pyramids(金字塔) of Egypt without leaving their classroom. They can explore space or dive under the ocean, experiencing things that would be impossible in real life. VR also allows students to practise dangerous tasks safely. For example, they can learn how to deal with emergencies like earthquakes or fires without any real danger.
③VR can also help students living in small towns or villages. These students might not have access(机会) to museums, famous teachers or big libraries. With VR, they can"travel" to a museum, attend a famous lesson, or even join a science experiment far away. This helps to give all students equal chances to learn.
④However, VR is not perfect. First, the equipment(设备) is expensive, and many schools cannot afford it. Second, using VR for a long time can cause problems like eye strain, headaches or dizziness. Finally, some teachers worry that students might become too dependent(依赖的) on technology. If students spend too much time in virtual worlds, they might lose their social skills or have problems with face-to-face communication.
⑤All in all, VR is an exciting tool that can make learning fun and safe. However, schools should use it carefully. It should not take the place of teachers, books or real-world experiences but can be used to support them. When used in the right way, VR can open new doors for education and make students learn more easily and better.
(1)、How does the writer lead into the topic in Paragraph 1?A、By telling a story. B、By giving an example. C、By giving the meaning of VR. D、By asking a question.(2)、Why do people think VR can make students safer?A、Because it lets students avoid(避免) accidents in real-life tasks. B、Because it makes students use more advanced equipment. C、Because it makes history lessons more fun. D、Because it takes the place of books in the classroom.(3)、What can we infer about the use of VR in small towns?A、It is already widely used in all schools. B、It can provide learning experiences students might not have. C、It is not necessary because students already have access to good resources. D、It makes students less interested in visiting real places.(4)、What's the RIGHT structure of the passage?A、

A new study from Tohoku University shows that wasabi(芥末) is good for people's memory. Wasabi is something that people usually eat in Japanese dishes. It is made from the wasabi plant, and has always become popular on Japanese menus.
For further information, a recent study tested people between the ages of sixty and eighty. Some of them took a wasabi extract(提取物) every night before going to bed, while the other testers didn't. After three months, the people who took the wasabi extract did much better in short-term and long-term memory tests, with scores jumped an average of 18%. However, the other people did not show any improvement.
Scientists already know that wasabi has something different called 6-MSITC. It is infrequent in other plants. The researchers think that 6-MSITC might do good to the hippocampus(海马体), the area that works for people's memory. Scientists say they will do more research, hoping to help people with memory problems.
Wasabi not only improves the taste of dishes and people's memory, 6-MSITC in wasabi can also help to keep us away from getting ill and offer many other good things to our health as well.
The new research seems to be good news for sushi eaters. However, most wasabi in Japan is not real wasabi. Real wasabi is difficult to grow. The plant takes nearly two years to grow and needs strict temperature, proper sunlight and so on. As a result, it is very expensive.
(1)、What is Paragraph 2 mainly about?A、Who took part in the test. B、How long the research lasted. C、Why people took the test. D、How scientists did the research.(2)、What does the underlined word"infrequent" in Paragraph 3 most probably mean?A、Not common to see. B、Easy to find. C、Cheap to extract. D、Difficult to buy.(3)、What will the writer most probably talk about next?A、The way people eat wasabi in Japan. B、The reason why wasabi is hard to get. C、The places where real wasabi plants grow. When Darnell and his older sister Lucy found an easy recipe for homemade pasta and tomato sauce(酱), they couldn't wait to try it. Their parents had said they were now old enough to cook dinner for the family, and spaghetti was their favourite food.
First, they made the noodles. They mixed together flour, water, eggs, salt and a little olive oil to make the dough(面团). Lucy used a rolling pin to press the dough flat. Next, she used a knife to cut the dough into thin strips. Then, she put the noodles aside for later.
