Animals and plants are important parts of our life. They many things like food, medicine, and so on.However, many animals and plants  because of human activities. So it is important to give them enough protection. One way is to make laws(法规) against catching or selling wild animals. Another way is to help people to understand  nature. Also, we can change our lifestyle. For example, we can go out by bike by car. Even though these actions are small, they canthe whole world.

There was a young flower  where all was dry and sad-looking. It was growing by itself, enjoying every day, and saying to the sun,"When will I ?"

And she was so pleased, because she would to bring beauty to this corner of the desert... And this is all she wanted to do.

One day the hunter came by and  her. She was going to die and she felt so upset. Not because she was dying but because she wouldn't have a chance to bring a little beauty to this corner of the desert.

The God found her situation.  He decided to help her. Then he reached down and touched her to make her.

As she grew up to be a beautiful flower, this corner of desert became so beautiful because of her.

Many people go to school for education. They learn many subjects. Others  to learn a skill so that they can . But no one can learn everything from school. A teacher, no matter he knows, cannot teach his students everything they want to know. So, students themselves should learn much more outside school. It is always more important to know how to study  than only to remember some formulas(公式). As we all know, great scientists, such as Einstein,Newton and Galileo, didn't learn many things from school.But they were all so .

Ben could not sleep at first.  He finally when the wind was dying down at around 3:00 a. m. When he , the sun was rising. He went outside with his family and found the neighborhood . Fall entrees, broken windows and rubbish were everywhere. They joined the neighbors to help  the neighborhood together. Although the storm broke many things apart, it made families and neighbors  together.

Studies  showed that losing sleep made people sad and worried. Researchers(研究人员) at Iowa State University also found that losing sleep could make people  easily. They put some people into two groups. One group had seven hours of sleep every night. They could get enough sleep. But the other group only slept for four and a half hours. It was much shorter than that of the first group.

After a few days, both groups . Researchers asked them to rate(评价) different things when they some noise. When the noise was louder, the people who slept less were angrier. The result showed how necessary it is to get enough sleep.

Country is a traditional kind of music from the southern states of America. Nashville, Tennessee is  country music. Many songs these days are just about modern life in the US,  the importance of money and success, but not about  a group. However, country music  The "good old days" when people  each other and trusted one another. It reminds us that the best things in life are free——laughter, friends, family, and the beauty of nature and the countryside.

Showing your feelings is important. It is a mistake not to  anyone when you' re feeling sad, worried or nervous. If you keep bad feelings inside, it can even . Try talking with someone you trust, like your parents, teachers or friends, you' ll usually begin to feel better than before. Now you your problems or worries. However, it doesn't mean your problems and worries will disappear(消失) magically. But,, someone else understands what's wrong with you and they may help you find ways to solve your problems. After solving the problems, you'll feel  before.
