I never expected to go to Harvard (哈佛大学). But life is full of surprises-in two months, I will start studying there! So far, my path to Harvard (be) very unusual, all because I have ADHD (多动症).

As a child, I loved learning. But in school, I felt like a (fail). Sitting still for 15 minutes was nearly (possible) for me. It was hard for me to focus and I would forget I had just learned. My teachers thought that I didn't take school seriously. I often felt different and misunderstood.

The day I was diagnosed (确诊) with ADHD, I was both at ease and sad at same time. When I got into high school, I started looking for ways (help) myself study. Later, in college, I joined a music club. One day during practice, I noticed something strange-the background noise actually helped me focus better. It was very different the usual "stay quiet while studying" advice., I decided to try listening to TV shows or the radio while doing homework. To my surprise, it worked! I finished my work (fast) and remembered things more easily.

Over time, I began to see my ADHD differently. It isn't a (weak). It's a different way of thinking. It helps me do several things at once. Once I saw it as a problem, but now I see it as a gift.

For most students, P. E. class is often the happiest part of the school day. While sports are fun, they can sometimes be more dangerous than you think. That's why knowing how to play safely is so important.

Firstly, helmets are a must in many sports. Whether you are biking, skateboarding, or playing football, a helmet protects your head.

Secondly, don't forget to protect your eyes. Sports are the main cause of eye injuries for teens. But wearing proper protective eyewear can cut the risk of serious eye injuries by 90%.

Thirdly, warm up and stretch before any exercise. Never start doing sports without warming up first. Try light activities like jogging, jumping jacks, or high knees for about 10 minutes. Then, do some stretches. Warmed muscles stretch better and are less likely to get injured.

Thanks to the green energy project, Tala Beach is no longer a desert. It has become an example of how technology and nature can work hand in hand to improve the environment and people's lives.

As a child, Lin often asked questions about life and faith. His desire to understand the world stayed with him throughout his life. Peer pressure is a common experience for many teens. It means doing something just because you don't want to be left out by your friends. Sometimes it can be good—like encouraging you to study harder or join a sports club. But often, it makes you feel bad for being different from others.

Colin, a middle school student, knows this well. His hobby is knitting (编织), which many of his classmates think is "unusual". Some even laugh at him, and not all his friends accept his hobby. Most of his friends prefer activities like playing soccer or spending time on screens. Colin feels lonely and wonders if he should give up knitting to fit in.
