Ne Zha 2, released(上映) on January 29, 2025, has become one of the most popular cartoon films in China. Directed by Jiaozi(Yang Yu), the movie continues the story of Nezha and his friend Ao Bing. After surviving the Heavenly Tribulation(经历天劫), both characters lose their bodies and face the risk of their souls disappearing(灵魂消失).

The emperor was touched by Mian Bogao's hard work and the meaning of his action. He thought that the hard work was more important than the gift itself. The story now shows how important it is to try hard  In Chinese culture.

Healthy eating doesn't just mean what you eat, but how you eat. Here is some advice on healthy eating.

Eat with others. It can help you to see others' healthy eating habits. If you usually eat with your parents,you will find the food you eat is more delicious.

Listen to your body. Ask yourself if you are really hungry. Have a glass of water to see if you are thirsty—sometimes you are just thirsty, and you need no food. Stop eating before you feel full.

Eat breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Since you haven't eaten for the past ten hours, your body needs food to get you going, so you must eat something for breakfast. You will be smarter after eating breakfast.

Eat healthy snacks like fruit, yogurt or cheese. We all need snacks sometimes. In fact, it is a good idea to eat two healthy snacks between your three meals. This doesn't mean you can eat a bag of chips.

Don't eat dinner late. With our busy life, we always put off eating dinner until the last minute. You'd better eat dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed. This will give your body a chance to digest most of the food before you rest for the next 8-10 hours.

Computer injuries(伤害) do not happen suddenly, but such situations can happen slowly. Here are some helpful suggestions for you to learn to use a computer safely.

Your eyes

When you use computers, your eyes should be at least 50 cm from the screen. Remember to look away from it sometimes. This can give your eyes a rest.

If there is a window around you, the window should be on your left or your right. If it is behind you, the light will reflect(反射) on the screen. If the window is in front of you, the sun and the screen will both shine into your eyes. 

Your hands and wrists(手腕)

If you use a keyboard(键盘) for a long time, follow these three rules: Rest your wrists on something; keep your elbows at the same height as the keyboard and stop sometimes to exercise your hands and wrists in a different way.

Your back

If you sit for many hours in front of a computer in the wrong way, it's more possible for you to injure your back or neck. So you should sit with your back straight while using it. The top part of the screen should be in front of your eyes. If you sit for a long time, you'd better get up every half an hour and exercise your arms, legs and neck.

Enjoy your computer, but use it safely.

Zhao Yiyi was born in Hong Kong, and now studies and lives in California, the US. Zhao did something amazing. The book came out in June 2023. 

The book has six stories. For example, in Wolfsville(《狼镇》), a young girl saves a wolf and make friends with it. In Lily, a leopard(猎豹) is sad because people ruin(破坏) her home."Through fairy tales, we can call on people to love our friends and families, nature and animals, or whatever is beautiful," said Zhao.

From it, she learned that all dogs come from wolves(狼). Then she got the idea of the story Wolfsville.

For Zhao, it's important to be imaginative(有想象力的) and think freely." When I look at buildings, I think of big monsters(怪物) trying to get me," Zhao said."You can be a little bolder(更大胆的) with your ideas."

Patience(耐心) is important too, according to Zhao. When it goes away, she reads a book or goes outside to see different things in nature. She just waits for it to come to her again!

A father and his daughter were flying a kite in the park. the daughter saw someone selling apples, she asked her father to buy her an apple.

Her father didn't bring much money with him, but it was  for two apples. So he did, and gave of them to his daughter, smiling. His daughter held one apple in her left hand and the other in the right hand. Then the father asked her if she could  one of the apples with him. When the girl heard this, she quickly took a bite(咬) of one apple. And before her father could speak, she also took bite of the second apple.

The father was surprised. He what mistakes he made caused his daughter to act in such a greedy(贪婪的) way. He was lost in thought. Perhaps he was just thinking too much. His daughter was too young to understand about sharing and . The smile disappeared from his face.

Suddenly, his daughter with an apple in her left hand said,"Daddy, have this one! It is juicier and sweeter." Her father was ashamed(羞愧的). He thought people should not make a judgment(评价) so quickly  a small child.

, his smile came back knowing why his daughter took a bite of each apple. Always spare some more time to understand things .
