What are your interests? What do you want to try? For example, Tom likes spending time outdoors. And he can try something like mountain climbing, bird watching, fishing and so on. What do you like doing for fun? Think about it.

     ▲      Hobbies like playing video games or watching soap operas (肥皂剧) are not very healthy. You need to sit in one place for a long time and always look at the screen. That's just bad for your body. So please choose healthy hobbies.

Many students have hobbies, such as bird watching, paper cutting and growing vegetables. Some hobbies can take them much time. But if you choose your hobbies correctly, you will learn new skills, develop (培养) your interests and grow as a better person.

Levi is excited. He likes all his gifts. He likes the 20 dollars best. It means he can go to the shop. He can buy anything he wants! "Can we go to the shop now, Mum?" asks Levi. Mum frowns (皱眉). "Levi, your guests (客人) are still here at the party. I will take you to the shop tomorrow." Levi feels a little sad, but he says nothing.

That night, Levi thinks of all the things he can buy with his 20 dollars. Maybe a video game! Maybe a locker! Maybe a camera! Maybe a tool kit (工具包)!

In the morning, mum takes Levi and his little sister to the shop. "Will you buy me something, too?" asks Levi's little sister. "Maybe," Levi says. He runs to look around the shop.

Ugh! The locker, the video game and the camera are all more than 20 dollars. The tool kit is 12 dollars. Levi buys the tool kit. He buys his little sister a storybook. He buys his mum a box of chocolates.

"You are a lovely boy. Thanks for sharing your happiness with us." Levi's mum says. Levi smiles (微笑).

"This is Daisy," said the Queen. "She is going to look after you, Pip."

Daisy showed Princess Pip her room.

"I don't want a four-poster bed!" said Princess Pip. "That's just like home."

"You can sleep on my straw mattress, then," said Daisy. "I'll have the bed."

"Oh, all right." said Princess Pip.

That evening there was a banquet and it went on for hours.

"More sprouts?" asked the King happily.

"This is BORING," said the Princess Pip.

"Nonsense (胡说), Dear," said the Queen. "It can't be boring. We're on holiday!"

"I WANT TO GO HOME!" said Princess Pip, the next day. She had been walking around the castle walls all morning and she hadn't found anything to do.

"But we're having a wonderful time," said the Queen, from her sun chair.

"Just look at the way my money shines in the sun," said the King. "Wonderful!"

"But it's BORING!" said Princess Pip.

"Why don't you go and talk to Daisy?" suggested the Queen.

Princess Pip stomped off.

"That does it," she said to Daisy. "I WANT TO GO HOME!"

I have a big family. We love and help each other. This is my family tree. Let's see.

My father is very busy every day. He (usual) gets up early in the morning. After that, he (run) to the park. There (be) many people in the park. At 6:30, he comes back home makes breakfast. , other people are against keeping pets because of so many reasons. They think it is very wasteful (浪费的) to spend (hundred) of dollars on pets. In their opinion, the money should be used to help the poor. Some people are also worried about the illness that pets may bring to them. Pets don't know that people need a quiet ( environment). So their sounds become the (big) problem in people's lives.

How different the opinions about pets are! I think  (keep) pets is a personal choice. But if you can't deal with it well, that(make) your neighbours dislike you.
