As the saying goes, "Time is money. " Now we all live a really busy life.  A well-thought-out timetable helps you take control(控制) of your time. Here are some ways on how to make a timetable. 

Prepare a list of what you need to do.  Just spend about an hour simply writing down the things you need to do every day. It might be difficult to think of everything at a time. So you can carry a small notebook and write down your activities all day. Then a list is finished. 

 When you first start, you may think every activity is important. So when you're creating a timetable for the first time, it's better to put everything in. This could help you better fin-ish the timetable. 

 For example, you can ask a question like: How many small tasks need to be completed to achieve the larger goals? You'll probably be surprised at so many small tasks you need to deal with.  A timetable will help you to determine(确定) what needs to be done first. 

Try these ways and see how your life will change. And you must be surprised by the changes in your life. 

Around the age of three, children learn a word——WHY.  It's also important that they learn how to communicate with others. 

Later, children learn other question words——who, what, . . to know more about the world. Asking questions will be the key to gaining know l-edge(知识). Some students, however, may seem to be shy about asking questions. But in fact, there are no stupid questions. If one person doesn't understand something, it's quite possible that others in the class won't understand either. 

 It shows that you are interested in the other person. As a result, you may become more popular. But if you only talk about things you prefer, others won't want to be friends with you. 

For some jobs, such as reporters and doctors, asking questions is so important.  And a doctor has to learn how to ask questions in order to diagnose(诊断) a patient's illness. 

There is a belief that when people are young, they like to ask questions. I hope all of us will never become those people who don't like asking questions. 

Luigi— Italy. In the morning, I always have cake and fruit with yogurt or milk, but my sister has hot pancakes. After that, I have my main meal of the day at lunchtime—— usually between12 p. m, and 1 p. m. The first course is pasta(意大利面).  We have ice cream after the meal, but not every day. 

Jan— Slovakia. But it's usually bread and butter with cold meat or cheese. Or Ihave bread and butter with tomatoes and cucumber. I usually drink a fruit milkshake with sugar. Lunch is the main meal of the day and it's always at 12 o' clock.  In the evening, we never have a big meal. We only have snacks. 

Eric—— the UK. I always have two hamburgers and a cup of milk for breakfast, and my brother has a hot dog.  I usually have a sandwich and some juice or water. We have dinner in the evening at about 6 o' clock.  It is really delicious!

Lots of people see tidying up as a never-end-ing job, but that's not the case. You don't have to do all things in one day. Just do a little at a time. Reuse, reduce and recycle—— we all know that tid-ying up is actually good for the earth. 

●Deal with hidden areas

 So you should deal with cupboards(橱柜), drawers (抽屉) and the space under the bed—— where you can find the things that you haven't used for a long time or no longer need. 

●Create an organized space

First of all, line up three boxes or bags, and mark them" Keep", "Donate" and" Rubbish", Then you will clearly know which box or bag you will put your things in. Think about how you use the space.  Leave a space for it. Where do you do art? Store your art things beside you. 

●Donate your old belongings(所有物)

 They can be given to a family member, a friend or a local charity shop to be enjoyed by someone else. 

It's 6 a. m. I'm tired, but it's time to get up. School starts at 8 a. m. , but my school is in my apartment, and we call it "a dorm room". It's not convenient(方便的) for me to go to school be-cause it's 300 km away. Thanks to the development of science and technology, I can go to the School of the Air. 

How does it work? Well, I sit down at my desk and turn on my computer. Our teacher is ready for us online. The School of the Air is common around the world, so we have lots of international(国际的) students in our class. The teacher uses an interactive(交互式的) whiteboard to teach some new ideas. When other students answer questions, we can listen to their answers clearly, At the end of the lesson, we have to do a test to check who doesn't understand. This lesson is only 90 minutes long, but it is interesting. 

I quite enjoy studying at home. The Internet makes my study so convenient(方便的). But sometimes I want to meet my classmates. When I finish it, I would like to spend time with my friends in our class. And I can't wait to have a long talk with them face to face!

We went for a car ride to a small seaport(海港城市) in California. It was a wonderful place where our family went on vacation. During the car ride, my little brother slept for a short time. Ilistened to Grandpa's stories. 

My grandpa was born in a little house in the Philippines. He liked to live there very much. As he was old, he lived with us. 

When we arrived at the seaside, my brother and cousins went to play at once. But I sat and watched Grandpa fishing. Soon, there were quite a few fish in his basket that our family could eat for more than a month. How happy Grandpa looked! Then my father and uncles helped him put the fish into the back of our car. 

Everyone was too tired or too cold to put their feet into the seawater except me. This was the best time of the day. The seawater swirled(打旋) around my legs. Grandpa seemed to turn into a little boy again by the seaside. And I was a happy girl sitting with my grandpa. 

Today, three animals share their stories. 

On a Sunday morning, Mr Smith took his students to the "cooking classroom" in their school. The "cooking classroom" is among students and they were so excited to learn how to make a potato sandwich. Each student looked forward to this class. 

"Firstly, use a blender(食物搅拌器) to  the food, " said Mr Smith. Then he got an egg, some milk, two potatoes and three , and put them into the blender to stir them. "Be careful  you use the machine, please, " said Mr Smith. 

Secondly, Mr Smith took out two pieces of cheese and  them to the blender too. "We can't put much sugar because we should  our teeth. "

Finally, pour the mixture onto a piece of bread. Then Mr Smith put another piece of bread on the mixture. "Cool!" Lots of students were so excited that they couldn't wait to make sandwiches by . 

After all the students finished their work, Mr Smith asked students to cut the sandwiches into two pieces and place them on  . Mr Smith said, "Now, it's time to  . Let's enjoy the delicious food. " He told students to eat sandwiches with  . What a wonderful lesson!
