Sleep is important!  Some animals need to sleep for as many as twenty hours a day! People don't need to sleep quite so long, but our sleep is important, too.  

You spend the day learning at school and playing, and at night your body and brain relax, right? Wrong! In fact, when you are sleeping, your body and brain are very busy getting ready for a new day.  

After a full night of sleep, you wake up in the morning and are ready for a new day of school, interesting activities and family time.  By the end of a day, your body is in need of sleep. You are like a car, with your petrol tank (汽油箱) full in the morning, and empty (空的) at the end of a day. People go to the petrol station when the car is out of petrol.  A full tank gives you enough energy to stay busy and do your best the next day.

A boy helped save the life of his friend from choking (噎) in the dining hall at school while having their lunch there. A video of the incident (事故) has been watched by many people online.

④The idea firstly came from Martine Postma. She noticed that people in her home country threw away many things that could easily be repaired. She wanted to do something to make the waste less.
