China during the Tang Dynasty. Many believe the festival was first mentioned in The Book of Rite. It was described as a day for emperors (皇帝) to celebrate the year's harvest by giving food and other things to the moon and hosting a great meal.

But how much do you know about the typical ways to celebrate the festival? Here are some.

So, let's think again what's really important. Is it fashion or is it our well-being? Clothes or hairstyles don't tell us anything about a person's character. Instead of spending a lot of time choosing clothes, we could use that time to do fun things with friends. And instead of following extreme diets, let's eat properly and exercise regularly (有规律地). Remember, the value of you is not decided by your appearance, but by who you are as a person.
