Spring outings, known as"stepping on the green"have a long history in China. They can be dated back to the Wei and Jin Dynasties (220-420), when people celebrated the Shangsi Festival on the third day of the third lunar month. 

During the Tang Dynasty (618-907), spring outings became more popular, especially among women. They were having fun, dressing beautifully and enjoying the parks in Chang an. At that time; spring trips turned into lively social events as well. Families would spread blankets(毯子) under big trees, share food, and admire nature's beauty. The Poet Bai Juyi even said. "If the spring comes and one does not go out for fun.I'm afraid one is a fool. "

In later dynasties, new traditions were added. For example, during the Song Dynasty (960-1279), the Qingming Festival included traditions of the Shangsi Festival and became a time for not only remembering ancestors(祖先) but also enjoying spring views, food and drinks on spring picnics. Also, people in the Ming and Qing Dynasties took flying kites and bringing picnic boxes. Rich family even hired(雇用) cooks to prepare meals outdoors!

Nowadays, spring outings combine(结合) old traditions with modern habits. People still enjoy cherry flowers and delicious snacks. The fashion of the picnic, however is less to do with the "outdoors" or "meals, " but about sharing photos on social media. Some people find parks so crowded that there is less place for them to have real relaxation. In spite of(尽管有) these changes, the joy of celebrating spring outdoors remains an important part of Chinese culture. 

Nobody is a fun and deeply moving animated film (动画片) that tells the story of four little monsters on a special adventure. Based on the famous tegend, they first pretend (假装) to be the great Monk Tang Sanzang and his followers, hoping to copy their heroic journey to the West. 

However, their real journey begins when they start fighting with other monsters and helping people in need. Through these actions, they slowly discover who they truly are. The hardest test arrives when some children are caught by an evil monster. To save them, the little monsters make a brave decision: they give up their own magical power. They understand this will make them weak, but they choose to light anyway, believing that true strength comes from courage and kindness. 

In the touching ending, the mighty (法力无边的) Sun Wukong appears. To show his compliment, he gives each of them one of his golden hairs. This gift symbolizes that even the smallest individuals (个人) can be seen and valued if they keep kindness in their hearts. 

These little monsters are not perfect; they can be lazy and often feel scared, just like common people. But when it matters most, they choose kindness over fear. The film teaches us that the real meaning of a journey is not about becoming great or living forever, but about caring for others. The story also reminds us that everyone has a "little monster" inside--a part that feels small and imperfect but knows what is right. It may fail or get hurt, but as long as it. stays brave and kind, it will grow strong and become powerful.

Once upon a time, there were no people in the world. The universe (宇宙) was filled balls of qi - a kind of vapor (蒸汽). Suddenly, one large ball of qi broke up and two people came out. One was Nuwa and the other was Fuxi. 

One day, Fuxi and Nuwa talked about being husband and wife, but they felt shy. So they prayed (祈祷), "Heaven, if you allow us (become) husband and wife, then make all the misty (似雾的) vaporgather." At that moment, the misty vapor quickly gatheredthe couple got married.

Nuwa later gave birth to (baby). But the world was still empty. Nuwa thought to (she),"If there are more people like them, it (be) great. " One day, Nuwa tried to make one from yellow mud (泥), based on her shadow in the river.  (surprising), the person came to life!

Misty Copeland spends most days practicing and perfecting the graceful movements of her art. She takes classes almost every day and takes care of her body so she doesn't hurt it when she goes to work at American Ballet (芭蕾) Theatre, one of the most famous ballet companies in the world.

Misty didn't always feel so confident (自信) in herself. The challenges she has faced over almost 20 years of dancing have made her strong. She was a shy child, but she loved music and movement. When she was 13, she joined the drill team(体操表演队). One day, her coach (教练) advised that she attend a free ballet class at the Boys & Girls club. For two weeks, Misty sat on the gym platforms watching the class, afraid to join in. Finally, she gave it a try.

At first, Misty felt out of place in the class. She didn't know anything about ballet, and she was older than most of the students. Even though Misty felt discouraged, she didn't give up. She talked with others who had similar problems. With the support of these friends, things slowly improved.

Over the next five years, ballet was Misty's life. She practiced, performed, competed, attended summer ballet programs, and got many prizes.

Today, Misty says, "I've learned to accept my appearance, skin color, and figure." She wants to help other dancers, especially ballerinas of color, accept themselves, too. She wrote a picture book, Firebird, in which her character encourages a young African American ballerina. In a note at the end of the book. Misty tells readers to follow their dreams, "No matter what that dream is," she writes, "you have the power to make it come true with hard work and dedication."

Did you know that there might be Lego toys on a beach near you? This year, 13-year-old boy Liutauras found a Lego fish on a beach in Cornwall, UK. The piece was one of millions that fell into the sea in 1997. At that time, a stormhit the cargo ship (货船) Tokio Express. It pushed 62 shipping boxes into the water. One of them held about 5 million Lego pieces.

It's known as the Great Lego Spill (乐高大泄露) of 1997. About 27 years after that, people are still finding Lego pieces across the beaches of Europe today. 

Tracey Williams, a UK writer, was among many people who started finding Lego pieces after the spill. She started to write about the Legofinds in 2010.

"Searching for lost Lego from a cargo spill started as a bit of fun, a treasure hunt with my children. It opened my eyes to all the rest of the plastic (塑料) in the ocean,"Williams told the media. In Williams's book, Adrift: The Curious Tale of the Lego Lost at Sea, she looks at what humans do to the sea's environment."Some oceanographers (海洋学家) believe it could have all the way around the world," Williams wrote in the book. In fact, people will not find most of these pieces because they are lying on the seabed.

This shows how long plastic stays in our oceans and environment. It never fully breaks down(分解), and when sea animals eat it, they can get seriously hurt.

According to The New York Times, a spokesperson for the Lego Group said the company didn't "ever want Lego ... to end up in the sea" and is "serious about its role in helping to look after the planet". This year, the toy maker said that it is stopping the use of oil in Lego and using renewable (可再生的) materials.

At the blacksmith's shop，I tried to slow down. Old Mr. Clay ran out with his lantern. "Stop!That horse is losing a shoe!" he cried. But John just laughed. "No time for your nonsense（胡说）!" 

Rainwater mixed with the salt from my eyes. I remembered kind Mr. Gordon，my first owner，who would check my hooves daily and feed me sugar cubes. Since being sold to this cab company，no one had touched my sweaty neck gently or spoken gentle words to me. 

Back in the stable（马厩） at midnight，my swollen（肿起的） leg kept shaking as I chewed （咀嚼） rotten hay. Ginger，the old female horse next door，nosed through the wooden boards. "Stay strong，" she whispered. "Humans think we're machines that never break. " 

Moonlight through the broken roof showed the frozen water trough in the corner. I lowered my aching head，wondering if spring would ever come.

Forest bathing began in Japan in the 1980s. It is a practice called shinrin-yoku，which can be translated as "taking in the medicine or air of the forest". It has recently grown more popular worldwide. When people take time in the natural green world to "be" in a fully present way，research shows many mind-body benefits. 

One of the benefits of taking a walk in nature is getting away from screens. When we enjoy nature，we keep ourselves away from computers or mobile phones. We take a break and allow ourselves time to get strength and energy back. During forest bathing，we are heightening （增强） our senses，stopping making quick judgment，and focusing on the "now. "

In fact，forest bathing is also becoming an increasingly popular method of dealing with stress. Forest bathing has been proven to help those experiencing stressful situations. In one recent study，people who formed the habits of walking through forests had lowered blood pressure （血压） and got out of worries. 

Meanwhile breathing in forest air increases the level of natural killer （NK） cells （细胞） in our blood. Our body uses these NK cells to fight illness. One Japanese study showed a rise in the number and activity of these NK cells by people who forest bathe. Plants and trees in forests can also send out something called phytoncides. This tree oil can not only protects plants and trees themselves，but also help people sleep well，lift mood and attention，and boost creativity. 

Forest bathing requires a promise to a repeated practice；it's not a one-and-done quick fix. Research in England on green spaces showed spending at least 120 minutes a week in nature is connected with good health and well-being. It doesn't matter whether you break up the two hours into shorter walks in a local park filled with lots of trees or an afternoon in a forest. 

Taking a speedy walk through nature and rushing through the activity to get back to work，let's say，may not be as effective. Nor is it advised to play loud music as you walk. 

Forest bathing shows a different way of life. You are walking through nature in a forest and taking your time. You are noticing your feelings and starting more of a relaxing and meaningful life. 

The sun was setting on the Pacific，and I stood enjoying the warm light through my hotel window. Suddenly，loud cries broke the silence—five white-faced monkeys jumped in，took away my bananas and rushed into the forest!This was just one of many surprising moments in Costa Rica. 

A few days earlier，I first got to a lively town in this small country. It sits at the foot of Arenal Volcano （火山）. When I looked up，thick clouds completely covered the volcano—there was nothing to see!But the next morning，I woke up early—and there it was!I couldn't look away! 

Then I hiked to see La Fortuna Waterfall. Going down 500 steps was tiring，but blue butterflies danced around me. The waterfall was so loud!I touched the water—it was freezing cold!Still，I jumped in like a brave penguin. That evening，I relaxed in the natural hot spring under the waterfall. 

The next day，I visited Monteverde Cloud Forest with a guide. While crossing a bridge high above the trees，I couldn't believe my eyes：plants covered everywhere in Costa Rica—mountains，beaches and even towns!Nature is truly the boss here! "Our rainforest cover has doubled from 26% to over 52% in the past 30 years，" my guide told me. "We've set up many nature parks to protect the rainforest. " Just as I was wowed by the sea of green，a whisper came， "Be quiet—big cats live here. " 

As we left the cloud forest，my guide smiled and said， "Everyone here lives with nature. " That's when I realized：Costa Rica's magic isn't just its beauty—it's how local people work together to keep it wild.
