Spring （春天）is here.   But everything is hard when you do it for the first time. How can you start an exercising routine? Maybe you can follow the tips here.

●Set a goal (设定目标)

  The answer for the question shouldn't just be to lose weight. It should also be about becoming healthier or feeling better. If you have a goal in mind, it will be much easier to say "no" to high-fat foods and "yes" to daily exercise.

●Look for the time to exercise

Don't always say you are too busy. Look for the time to do exercise every day. For example, stop taking the bus. Walk. Soon you will get a lot from these small activities.

●Find a friend to exercise together

We all know how easy it is to give up exercise. But it will not be so if you make an exercise plan with a friend. 

So, why not enjoy sports in spring? 

It's 6: 00 p.m. Kate's family are having dinner. There is rice, eggs, salads, potatoes and some vegetables like onions and carrots on the table. But Kate doesn't like vegetables. She doesn't want to eat them and puts her bowl away. 

"Kate," says her father. 

"Where are my hamburgers?" asks Kate. 

"Don't think about them. We need to eat healthily," says Mom. 

"How about some ice-cream, then?" asks Kate. 

"Kate," Dad calls her name again. He thinks the dinner is nice. Kate takes a bite (咬一口) of the tomato and quickly spits (吐出) it back into the bowl. 

"Kate! Room! Now!" says Dad. He doesn't like her bad eating habits. 

Kate runs to her room and cries, but she soon stops. Usually, her parents will get her some other food she likes if she doesn't eat dinner. So she waits (等待). 

At about 7: 00 p.m., Mom tries to get Kate to eat some vegetables, but she says no. 

At 9: 00 p.m., Kate wants to eat something, but her parents still don't give her anything to eat. 

At 10: 00 p.m., Kate goes to the kitchen and sees some vegetables on the table. They don't look so bad. And you know what? They don't taste so bad, either. 

Kate learns that she should eat healthy food and live a healthy life.

To make the library a good place for your students, you must follow the rules of the library. Here are the rules of our school library.

If you read here:

◇You can stay from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.

◇You can't bring other books to the library. 

◇You can only take two books from the shelf (书架) at a time.

◇Please don't be noisy.

◇Please don't eat.

If you borrow (借) books:

◇Everyone must use his own (自己的) card to borrow books.

◇You can borrow three books at a time.

◇You can keep the books for a week.

◇If you lose the books, you must pay for them.

Dogs may be man's best friends, but for Sisu, a stray dog, the unicom（独角兽）is his best friend. 

Recently, Sisu broke into a store in North Carolina five times, trying to steal the same purple unicorn toy. But every time he got it, a salesman would find him, take the toy away and put it back on the shelf. When it turned out that Sisu wouldn't give up, the salesman had to lock the door and not let Sisu in, and then called Duplin County Animal Services for help. 

Samantha Lane, the officer who answered the call, was so moved by Sisu's love for the unicorn that she bought the $10 toy for the dog. 

"The only thing we can think of is that he came from a family that had a similar toy or had children who had one, " said Joe Newbum, a director of Duplin County Animal Services. 

"It's a nice dog," Newbum added. "He likes to play and he is very smart. He sits, stays and shakes hands. He is very polite."

And whoever is lucky enough to adopt（收养）Sisu will get two best friends for the price of one. According to the Facebook post from Duplin County Animal Services, Sisu and his stuffed animal have already had an adopter.
