School trip days are often the best days of the whole school year. But it's important ( follow) some basic rules to keep the trip safe and enjoyable. 

Here's some ( advice) for you. 

★Be polite and keep safe. Don't jump the queue when you get on the bus. You should keep the bus clean and tidy. Remember to put on your seat belt. When the teachers give instructions, focus on (listen) to them carefully. Some students may feel (sleep) and want to relax on the bus, so never make too much noise on the bus. 

★Protect yourself and the nature. Some trips will take you to get close to the nature. For your own safety, be careful of(danger) animals. And don't hurt(伤害) any animals plants. Don't give them too many of your (snack), either. 

★Build team spirit. When you have problems, you can ask teachers and classmates for help. If others are too tired walk on, you can encourage them (hold) on. You must always work as team. Follow these tips, and you can have a happy trip!

In our city zoo, there are many amazing animals. Let's talk about a few of them. 
First, let's meet giraffes. They are very tall. They live in Africa and like eating leaves from trees  (安静地). 

Next, we have (狼). They are strong and smart animals, but they
are also (吓人的). We can't  (喂养) them.  (在. . . . . . 中) all the animals, we like elephants best. They are large and they look special, with their big ears and long trunks. They are always full of (精力). Look! Many children are (骑) the elephants. 

Can you guess what animals are birds but can't fly? Penguins are such animals. They live in cold places. They are good (游泳者). 

Some animals have (不好的) sight. And some animals may have trouble with their hearing. These animals use their other senses to live in the world. 

Animals are our friends. Let's (对待) them kindly and politely. 

I am in Thailand now. It's really a beautiful place. You can do a lot here. I like outdoor activities like ，  biking and diving（ 潜 水 ). All of these are wonderful．I visit many temples（寺庙）．I also about elephants here. 

The elephant is one of Thailand's. The first flag of Thailand had a white elephant on it. Elephants can play soccer or music. They can walk for a long time and never their ways . They can also remember places food and water. It's really cool, isn't it?

Different foods help your body in different ways. Itˈs easy to know what foods are good for you. You need to eat foods from different groups every d ay. 

You need a lot from the grain (谷物) group every day. Rice and bread are in this group.  Eat enough vegetables each day. Eating more vegetables can help you keep thin. 

You also need some fruit each day.  That way youˈll eat more.  You can drink a glass of apple juice. You can eat a banana or a pear. Eating fruit may also make you feel happy. 

Try to drink milk each day. Two glasses are OK. Drink one glass in the morning and the other at night. 

You also need something from the meat group.  You need 80g—120g meat a day to have strong muscles. 

Try not to eat many candies. They may taste good, but they donˈt help you to grow strong or stay healthy.

It's good to share(分享), right? But we may share a lot on social media(社交媒体). When can sharing become oversharing on social media?

What is oversharing? It means "sharing too much". For example, you go to a party and you meet some people. Within five minutes you know a lot of information about them. 

Dr Christopher Hand says the more things people tell others, the less sympathy(同情) others show when things go wrong. Dr Hand's study also shows that the more we post on social media, the more socially popular we become—if the posts are positive(积极乐观的). Even back in 2015, Gwendolyn Seidman, PhD, said that we should stop sharing our bad feelings online. 

Oversharing can have an appalling side. For many people, telling too much information of their own may put them in danger. Some bad people may do something bad to them after seeing their information on the Internet. So, how can you know if you are oversharing? Well, why not ask your friends in real life? They may be happy to tell you if you share too much about your breakfast or what you think of the food in your school. 

How do we protect(保护) ourselves? First, don't share where we are. Second, don't tell others our ID card number or telephone number. 

Antarctica is one of the coldest places in the world. There is a penguin called Andy. The only thing he does all day is to swim in the cold water. He doesnˈt like his life because it is boring for him. He wants to go out and see the world outside Antarctica. He tells it to his mother. But his mother doesnˈt allow (允许) him to go out. 

But Andy leaves Antarctica. At first, he is so happy because the water is still cold and everything outside Antarctica is different and beautiful. But he doesnˈt know his mother is following him. As he swims far away, he finds that the water is warmer and warmer. And he feels tired. He has to stop his trip. He is afraid and doesnˈt know what to do. 

At that time, he sees his mother, "I should listen to you, Mum. " His mother says, "Itˈs OK. I am sure you wonˈt leave Antarctica anymore. "

At last, Andy swims back to Antarctica with his mother. 

Tom has a happy family. There are some rules in his family. 

Keep healthy.

Being healthy is important. Tomˈs family play sports for one hour every day. 
Tom is in the school swimming club, and his parents run every morning. 
Evening time is family time.

They canˈt watch TV or play computer games after dinner. The family usually sit on the sofa and talk. Tom always talks about his school and classmates. Sometimes they take a walk together.

Always say "I love you" and "thank you".

Tom says "I love you" to his parents in the morning before he goes to school, and in the evening before he goes to bed. His parents say it to him too. When Tom helps his mother, she says "thank you". They show their love and thanks all the time.
