Students around the world wear uniforms to school. Different schools have different uniforms. 

In England

In Australia

Australia learned many things from England. Their school uniforms look like the English ones very much, but they are more open and light. Students also wear hats in the very hot weather. 

In Singapore

In Singapore, almost all the students need to wear uniforms. The colors are different from school to school. The uniforms for boys are shorts or long trousers, with white shirts, while girls wear white blouses and blue or black skirts.

Fire is common nowadays! No one knows exactly how or when our ancestors first used and learned to control it, but it clearly changed the world.

Experts think that over 400.000 years ago, early humans might have seen lightening start a first or perhaps someone rubbed(摩擦) two rocks together and the sparks that flew out caused grass lo start bumming, Either way, fire quickly became very important to human life.

With fire, humans could explore colder places without being limited by the need for warmth. Fire helped early humans survive (生存) by making it cashier to live in difficult environment. Our bodies gradually changed, losing their thick hair because fire can necessarily keep us warm. This change allowed us to hunt during the hotlist parts of the day when animals were resting and cashier to catch.

Fire also had a deep influence on our social lives. The light that fire provided made people able to slay up later, giving them time to make tools, clothing, and other necessities. I also provided a chance for sharing stories and becoming closer. Before fire, people slept high in trees, but the warmth of the fire drew them together in small groups, which strengthen their relationships.

We humans can express emotions by telling others bow we feel-but what about animals? If they do, which ones? Over the past 20 year%, searchers have made great progress in this field. 

It's very hard for us to assess(评估) emotions in animal, because they cannot emotions tell us how they feet.  The most easily noticeable reaction of an animal to an event is how it changes its behavior. Humans often change facial excretions and body Languages depending on whether we experience a pleasant event or nol.  For example, changes in the ear position or the amount of the white of the eyes can show different levels of pain or fear in animals. It is important to rambler that the facial expressions of animals usually look different from those of human sing might not be shown by a smile, while sadness may not be shown by tears.

Another example of anìmal behavior that is linked lo emotions is vocalizations(发水):which can show stress.  Imngine you are singing a song in front of many people, your voice might be shaking if you are nervous Researchers have found that the vocalizations of pigs and cows also change and get less smooth when these animals are under stress.

It seems that animals react lo their environments much as humans do. So, we can infer that animals can feel emotions.  we can better understand how animals react to their environments, we can improve these environments as well as human-animal relationships.

They're right to be so. This type of answer makes math feel like a world of rules that must How boring! As a math researcher. I like to challenge rules. Instead of simply that one plus one equals two. Let's go a step further and question whether it's always true.

Sometimes, one plus one can equal  than two. If you and a friend each have 1.5 times the amount of money for a cup of coffee, alone you can only buy one cup, but together you can join your money to afford three.

Sometimes, one plus one is just one. If you put one pile of sand on lop of you just gel one pile of sand. Or if you mix Iwo color, you only get one new color.

And in some situations, one plus one is, If say. "I'm not not hungry." that means "I'm hungry." The point here is that one "not" plus another "not" means no "nots."

You might think this isn't math because items in question aren't numbers at all. But the goal of learning much isn't just to get the numbers .Instead, it's to understand the world on a deeper level. , in mathematical research, we often ty lo explore when a rule holds and when it doesn't.

I want us to see math as a space to ask questions and explore  answers, rather than a strict place where rules are all set in stone.

B: I disagree. Al can actually give us new ideas or solve problems faster, so we can focus on things like ant or inventing things.

A: That makes sense. Bu bow can we depending loo much on Al?

B: By slaying foolish and asking questions. We shouldn't just accept what Al tells us-we need to think by  and challenge ideas.

A: So, you mean Al should be our helper, not our boss?

B: Exactly! Al can deal with boring tasks, so we can spend time on fun projects like this science fair.

B: Tonally. And remember, change can be scary, but it's also a chance to grow. We just need to slay open-minded and keep learning
