A comic strip is a line of drawings to tell a story. It uses speech bubbles and captions ，Usually the story is funny and there1 a number of comic strips in a comic book.

Eat Real Food：A New Guide for Healthy Living

The new Dietary Guidelines for Americans，2025-2030，tell us one simple message：eat real food to stay healthy. 

Right now，many people face a big health problem. Many Americans eat too much highly processed（加工的） food，like chips and cookies. This makes lots of people overweight or sick with chronic（慢性的） diseases. More than 70% of adults are overweight，even some young students and teenagers have prediabetes（糖尿病前期）. These problems often come from eating too much highly processed food-like chips，cookies，and sugary drinks-and not moving enough. It means that they come from bad eating habits and little exercise. 

The guidelines ask us to go back to eat real，healthy food. We should choose whole，nutrient-dense foods：protein，dairy，vegetables，fruits，healthy fats，and whole grains. We need to cut down on processed foods with added sugars，too much salt，and chemical additives（添加剂）. 

This is a big change. For many years，our food system pushed unhealthy processed foods. Now，we want to change that. We want to help farmers grow real food and make sure all families can buy it. Real food nourishes our bodies，gives us energy，and helps us stay strong. 

Everyone can help：students，farmers，doctors，and lawmakers. If we eat more real food，we can build a healthier future for the world. Our health is in our own hands.

Bruno's Pizza Story：Recipe for Change

Bruno Abate is a famous Italian chef from Chicago. He loves cooking very much，and he runs a1 program called Recipe for Change. In this program，he teaches prisoners（犯人） how to make delicious pizza.
