Team spirit (精神) means that people work together and help each other as part of a team. When people have team spirit, they try their best. Everyone has seen or felt team spirit. This can happen when they are part of a team, or see people cheering for (欢呼) a team or players.

One kind is when a group of people work together to reach a goal (目标). Another kind is when people support (支持) a person or a team. A third kind is when a whole (整个) country cheers for its team.
