We all study in the classroom in the school, but what are classrooms like in different countries?

In China, children have a fixed (固定的) classroom. In a classroom, you can see desks and chairs in lines. There are usually about 40 or more students in every class. They always face the blackboard.

In the UK, most classrooms are similar. There are usually about 30 students in every class. Usually, two children have a long desk.

In the US, classrooms usually have single (单人的) desks for every student. There are about 15-25 students in a class. The US children don't have a fixed classroom. They always go to different classrooms when the classes are different.

Students in Japan have a fixed classroom and they have single desks, too. At the back of the classroom, there are places for students' clothes. At the gate of the school building, there are places for their shoes.

Three kinds of bears live in Alaska, America. They are the polar bear(北极熊), the black bear and the brown bear.

People can also call polar bears white bears because they are white. They usually live on the ice and like to eat seals(海豹). They always work hard to find seals. Polar bears always have a good wash after eating food. Black bears live in the forests. They love to eat many kinds of plants very much. Brown bears usually live in the mountains. Once a year, the brown bears go to the rivers and lakes to find fish to eat. Brown bears also love to eat fruit like strawberries.

Polar bears are very dangerous(危险的) and people don't live near their homes. People must be far from black bears too. If you meet a black bear in the forest, you must keep quiet first and then you can back away slowly (慢慢后退). Brown bears sometimes come to people for food. You can't let the brown bears find your food on the floor, so you must put it in your bag and keep it tidy.

Hi, I am Jim. My school is big and it's very beautiful. There is a big garden in our school. There are many flowers in it. The flowers are colourful. There are all kinds of colours. In the centre of the garden, there is a pool. The fish are swimming happily and freely in it. 

There are two classroom buildings around the garden. There are 36 classrooms in them. And there are many other rooms in them too, such as the music room, the reading room, the language lab and the library. There are lots of books in the library, such as storybooks, picture books and magazines. We can read them after class. 

The sports field is behind the classroom buildings. We do morning exercises on the sports field every day. On the sports field, you can play sports-running, playing basketball, playing table tennis and so on.

As is known to all, colorful clothes we wear these days (make)by machines. But what did ancient people do if they wanted to wear something colorful? Tie-dye was a way (do)this. 

It's believed that the skill of tie-dye (be) around for more than 1,000 years since the Bai people in Yunnan first began to use tie-dye to dye their clothes. During the Tang (618-907) and Song (960-1279) Dynasties, this skill became so popular that people even gave tie-dyed clothes to the emperor gifts. 

To tie-dye，you need （tool） to tie your cloth together first and put it in dye （染料）.  As the cloth is folded, some parts become dark blue, while other parts have a much (light) color. 

you unfold the cloth, you'll see beautiful patterns. 

At Dior's spring 2019 show, the famous (Europe) designer Maria Grazia Chiuri surprised people with tie-dye dresses. Chiuri said," (it) creative process is a kind of unbelievable performance,right until the very end. It's really a wonder. "

Nowadays, more and more Chinese teenagers are becoming homebodies (someone who enjoys being at home) . They  (很少) or never play sports outside. The problem should get plenty of  (关注)  of parents. 

Pressure of study  (引起) this situation. Hu Mei, a homebody from Nanshan Language School in Shenzhen, is busy with her study. "I don't want to get behind or (不及格) the exam," she said.

As I walked through the unfamiliar city streets, I realized that I was lost. Then I saw a stranger walking  me. Feeling a bit nervous, I went up to him. " Excuse me," I said " I'm sorry to trouble you, but I'm lost and I can't find the way back to my hotel. " The man smiled and asked which hotel I was staying at. After I told him, he kindly  how I could get there. "Just keep heading east, which way you go," he said, pointing in the direction I needed to go. 

Grateful for his help, I thanked him and continued on my way. It was just a small thing, but it reminded me of the of strangers and the importance of asking for help when you need it.

Starting Grade 9 can feel a bit hard. The study pace (节奏） is faster, and there are more things to do. Butif you takesmall steps, you can get used to it quickly. 

.Write down homework, review time, and breaks. This helps you finish tasks（任务）on time without rushing. For example, spend 30 minutes reviewing each subject after school. Planning stops last   minute stress. 

.It's normal to feel stressed out about exams or hard lesson. When you're stressed out, take 5-minute breaks to walk or listen to music. Talking to parents or friends also helps. Remember, pressure can push you to work harder, but don't let it make you nervous. 

.If you don't understand a lesson, talk to your teacher or classmates right away. Don't wait until you're lost. Many classmates face the same problems,and helping each other makes learning easier. 

 Sleep 8 hours every night and eat healthy meals. A strong body helps you feel better in class. Even 15 minutes of exercise daily can give you more energy（能量）.

During the National Day holiday, the sky above Shenzhen was lit up by impressive drone（无人机）light shows. This "cyber fireworks" lit up the night, painting a lively picture of Shenzhen as a "City of Miracles, City of Innovation, City of Future". A total of 10,197DAMODA drones was taken to the sky at the same time, setting two Guinness World Records. So how does the drone light show work?

In drone shows, each drone is programmed by a computer to follow its own flight direction, carefully avoiding the other drones. They communicate with neighbouring drones and use sensors（传感器） to keep a certain distance. The position and LED colors change throughout the performance to show different objects in the night sky. 

Drone light shows are thought to be more environmentally friendly — and certainly cause less noise and light pollution than fireworks shows, so lots of big events are turning to them instead of fireworks. Drones can also be reused again and again so they will probably be more popular in  the future. 

In recent years, Pop Mart has become a well-known cultural thing, winning the love of young fans around the world. It's more than just a normal toy store. It creates a magical world full of cute characters that attract people with their charm.
