Many young children like going to the zoo. There  all kinds of animals in the zoo.

Exercising is a good way to keep healthy. However, many people do not know how to exercise well. Here are some tips.

You should warm up(热身). You need to stretch(伸展) your legs, arms, back and neck before you do any difficult activities like running.

 You do not need to spend a lot of money. You can run or play sport in a park or in your school gym. You don't need to buy exercise equipment for yourself. Just get your body moving.

Don't work too hard. Choose a sport that you like and then your exercise will be fun. Also, you only need to exercise a few times each week.

Drink enough water. It is important to drink water when you exercise.

You must be careful! Exercising when you are hurt is bad for your health.

On a summer weekend, Mike and his brother Sam went to a pet shop. They wanted to buy a birthday gift for their sister, Anne. There were birds, dogs and cats there. They bought a cat at last. They thought it was so cute. Anne must like it.

On their way home, Mike and Sam saw a small river. There were lots of fish in the river."We can catch(抓) a fish to make dinner for Anne," Mike said.

The two brothers loved their sister. They thought about what she said."Don't worry. We will take the fish back to the river," Mike and Sam said.

Anne went with them. The fish seemed(似乎) happy too as it swam away. Now, Anne had a big smile on her face.

What is huinantian? It is a special kind of weather in South China in spring. It happens when the weather becomes warmer. Before it comes, there are usually a few cold days with a temperature under 12℃. After the cold air goes away, warm air quickly comes and gets cool. This makes a lot of water vapor(水蒸气). So you can see small water drops on windows and walls.

Because of the humid weather, clothes hardly turn dry, and things get moldy(发霉的). It also makes people feel tired and get ill. Catching a cold is common at this time because the temperature changes quickly.

Although the weather causes lots of problems for people, for nature, it can be useful. Because of the humid weather, plants can grow well with much water and warm air.

What should we do on wet days? Close the doors and windows. Mornings and nights are important times to stop wet air from getting into rooms. Also, you can put newspapers on the floor and at the door to take in(吸收) water and wet air.

The Wonderful Zoo is a new zoo. There are many animals in the zoo. You can see lions, monkeys, tigers,giraffes, elephants and so on. When you are free, please come and enjoy yourself here!
