Last month we asked our students about their free time activities. Our1 were about exercise, use of the internet and watching TV. Here are the results. 

We2 only 15% of our students exercise every day. 45% exercise four to six times a week. 20% exercise only one to three times a week. And 20% do not exercise at all!

We all know that many students often go online,3 we were surprised that 90% of them use the internet every day. The other 10% use it4 three or four times a week. Most students use it for fun and not for homework. 

The answers about watching television were5 surprising and interesting. Only 2% of the students watch TV one to three times a week. 13% watch TV four to six times a week. And 85% watch TV every day!Many students like to watch sports, and basketball games are the most6 . 

It is good to relax by using the internet or watching game shows, but we think the best way to relax is7 exercise. It is healthy for both the8 and the body. Exercise such as playing sports is fun, and you can9 time with your friends and family when you play together. And remember, "Old habits die hard. So start exercising10 it's too late! Be active to be healthy.
