Lucy was one of my best friends. I thought she was the same as me when we first met. In , it was hard to find a person who was the same as me.

Housework is an important part of our everyday life. As middle school students, we  understand the importance of doing housework and do some housework by ourselves.

Vincent had a two-day vacation with his family in Moscow. It was their first time visiting Moscow. They were excited because they were to visit some famous places in Russia.

Flu easily spreads (传播) from one person to another. Many people are getting it these days. Here is some advice to help you prevent the flu. 

Keep in good health

You can eat everything you want but make sure that the food you have is healthy. The healthier you are, the better it is for you to prevent any illness around. Most doctors suggest drinking lots of fresh fruit juice and water to prevent it. 

Exercise

Exercise makes you healthy. It means you can have a strong immune system (免疫系统). It helps your body fight against the virus (病毒) better. So do exercise often to build yourself up. It doesn't matter what kind of exercise it is.

As we know, colds are very common, especially in winter. For students like us, it's important to know how to prevent colds. 

First of all, we should keep warm. When the weather gets cold, put on enough clothes in time. They can protect us from the cold wind.

Second, doing exercise is good for us. We can run, play basketball or do other sports in our free time.  A strong body can prevent colds.

Third, it's important to have healthy eating habits. Eat more fruit, vegetables, and foods rich in vitamins (维生素). Drinking ginger (姜) tea can also help our body get warm during the cold days.

Finally, we need to keep our rooms clean.  Wash our hands often to avoid the spread of germs.
