Health problems can happen to anyone at any time. Many people don't know much about health and first aid. For example, my friend Tom had a nosebleed at school last year. He was so afraid that he didn't know what to do. As a result, the situation got a bit worse. This made me realize how important basic first aid knowledge is. I decided to do something to make a change. 

To help students learn basic skills, I set up a Health and First Aid Club at school in May last year. The club has two main aims: teaching first aid and helping students develop healthy habits. Firstly, we want students to know how to help with small injuries like cuts or burns. Secondly, we also hope to raise students' awareness (意识) of health. They should know how to keep healthy, such as eating well, exercising, and getting enough sleep.
