Buddy Ball is a program. It offers help to disabled (残疾的) kids. My friend Ally and I spend a few hours every week volunteers (志愿者) there.
At the moment, we are buddies for an eleven-year-old boy (call) Tom. He is a kid with very few language (语言) skills. he is in a wheelchair, he is still a good basketball player. The disability makes him sad when he (miss) a shot or makes a bad pass. His eyes are filled with (tear) and he wants to give up. So, as his buddies, we encourage him.
