Sugar is a sweet thing that is used to cook food and can make drinks sweet. And it is loved by most people. But not all sugar is healthy to us.

Naturally produced sugar, for example in fruit, is considered healthy. However, refined（精制的） sugar is not healthy and is added to many processed（加工过的） foods to make them taste better. To people's surprise, this refined sugar can be found in many delicious foods like bread.Besides that, refined sugar has no value to our health and offers empty calories（卡路里）. It also has no fiber（纤维素）, unlike the natural sugar in fruit, so it is easy to eat a lot. Too many calories lead to putting on more weight. Too much sugar will also harm our teeth and we even get some diseases in our later life.

So what can we do about too much sugar, especially the hidden sugar in our diet? It seems that we can get some help from the government. It should regulate（控制） the amount of sugar that companies can add to foods. Next, school should tell students about the health problems of eating too much sugar. What's more, it is necessary for students to eat more vegetables and fruit with less sugar.

Although sugar is delicious, it still puts our future health at risk. It is important for young people to know about the danger of eating too much sugar.

As the number of bees has fallen much in recent years,many countries are looking for ways to protect these lovely insects. The UK city of Leicester has a plan of its own.

The city has begun to turn its traditional bus stops intoLiving Roofs or Bee Bus Stops to attract（吸引 ） bees and other insects. Different from a traditional bus stop, a BeeBus Stop has a small garden on top with flowers and grass.Every bus stop will help bring in more biodiversity（生物多样性） into the city and absorb（吸收）rainwater that falls on the roof, making it a greener and happier place for both animals and people to live.

A solar panel（太阳能电池板） is fixed on every bus stop to provide lighting wherever possible, which can cut energy use. Besides, building Bee Bus Stops will also help cool down the city by absorbing some of the heat during the summer months.

"We' d love to see the living roofs in every town and city across the UK and even acrossEurope, which will have a good influence on our planet," an official said.

The new bus stops are part of Leicester' s"Bee Roads" program, which started in 2017. Till now, over 5.5 kilometers of roadside in the city has been planted with flowers to help make it a safe place for insects.

Is it really difficult for you to get your hair cut according to your own ideas? Recently, hairdresser（理发师）, Xiaohua has become famous online simply    she tried to understand what customers want.

Since videos of her cutting hair became popular online, many tourists （come） to her livestream room（直播间） to learn from her. Some crazy fans even came to visit her shop inHuaihua to get a haircut.

Xiaohua, whose real name is Li Jing, first started to put videos online  February2024. In the beginning, they didn't draw lots of attention. But two months later, one of her videos  （sudden） got lots of views. Many people praised her for understanding customers' needs. Many invited her （open） a store in their hometowns or to give lessons to hairdressers across the country.
